These are some of my favorite buyback cards that I love using that may work out for your deck.
Mystic Speculation
Scry 3 and then do it again! I love having this late game to just consistently fix up my draws. In your deck you could use it to put non-instant non sorcery cards that you don't want to exile with Jeleva to the bottom. It also has a low buyback cost of 2 so using the buyback off of Jeleva shouldn't be too difficult.
Shattering Pulse
Nice simple effect that I always find useful it my R/X decks. In my group there is always a target.
Capsize
Another simple effect with buyback. You can always find something to bounce.
Demonic Collusion
The buyback tutor. I can see you swinging with Jevela casting this and then finding a way to remove blockers. The buyback is discarding two cards which can be tough but you do have past in flames and mystic retrieval in your list already so that can negate some of the pain.
Just my 2cents on the deck it looks awesome I can't wait to brew my own version of the deck!
Thought about adding in the red instants/sorceries that give you multiple attack steps? it means getting to trigger her free spell cast more often per turn.

Thanks for the buyback ideas and it looks great. I run a lot of those cards in my other EDH decks and really enjoy them. If you have more ideas please let me know!
Thanks for the input. I am staying away from Time Stretch. I feel that taking 1 extra turn is enough. Curse of the Cabal is a powerful card. I am looking for an effect that affects more than 1 player.
Cabal Conditioning: Presuming you cast it off of Jeleva, and have nothing but land in play, it still ends up being a discard 4 to each opponent.
Cruel Ultimatum: In colors, big, flashy, and why the hell not.
Epic Experiment: I use a little more mana ramp than you do (backup if Jelava needs to be recast, or just hard casting the giant haymaker spells in the deck), so mid/late game casting this for 7+ yields a lot of Shenanigans.
Sins of the Past: let's you free cast a giant instant/sorcery you've already used and not have to pay for it.
Capsize: You get to buy it back after free casting.
Dreadbore: Planeswalkers are annoying, plus if you cast it off Jelava, it's as good as (or better than) terminate.
Echoing Truth: Catch all, including token strategies.
Sever the bloodline: get to flash back later, and exile effects are much stronger than destroy in EDH with the amount of recursion played.
Slaughter: get to buy back, and 4 life is half as inconsequential in edh.
Time spiral: you get to pull a wheel of fortune + sword of feast and famine of of Jeleva.
Acquire: Not exceptional, but helps ramp (stealing Sol rings and gilded lotuses) or occasionally picks up magister sphinx or blightsteel colossus or other goodies.
Cryptic Command: counterspell you can cast as not a counterspell off of Jeleva.
Rakdos Charm: one of the best utility cards I've come accross: Grave hates, artifact hates, and punishes infinite/mass token strategies.
Increasing Vengeance: when you swing with Jeleva and free cast a giant spell, you haven't spent any mana that turn, so you can flash increasing back to gain triple the value. It's also worth noting that if you cast an opponent's spell off of Jeleva, you control it, so you can increasing vengeance to copy it, even though you don't own it.
Wild Ricochet: Great EDH card (especially if players are playing with the 'should-be-banned' time stretch.
Melek, Izzet Paragon: Not sure how he is with the deck, but considering you have mystical tutor, vampiric tutor, and personal tutor (and maybe liliana vess), should lead to some interesting spells.
Mirari: copy any spell for 3 mana, when you cast the original for free? Yes please.
Spellbinder: another method of free casting those giant spells.
Seize the Day: Multiple attack step card that you can flashback. Yes, it only affects one creature, but when the only creature that matters is Jeleva, who cares?
Jace, the Mind Sculptor: Pricey, but gets to repeat brainstorm to put cards ontop to get exiled by Jeleva. Also has great utility though his other abilities.
Liliana Vess: another vampiric Tutor that's repeatable.
Inundate: bounces all non blue creatures, so most get wiped away, but Jeleva is safe.
All is Dust: stronger than damnation as it gets around indestructible and deals with annoying enchantments that grixis just honestly has a hard time with.
Hatred: Can one shot a player with Jeleva, presuming she doesn't have shroud.
Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir: Stops players from interfering with Jeleva. The "creatures have flash" bit is kinda wasted though.
Btw, saw you lived in Minneapolis. Do you go to monster den or a different store?

Thanks for the ideas, I will have to test out a couple when I finish up with the deck. I stop by Monster Den once in a while, never see much EDH action there. I do attend Commander night at Universe Games on Mondays. How about you?
Yawgwill and Past in Flames seem pretty worthless in this deck. You don't have the mana to get true value.
Yawmoth's Will is very versatile and I can grab whatever I need in my graveyard. Past in Flame is limited to instances and sorceries, but it does have flashback.
In addition, I've updated the deck after feedback from you guys. I welcome your criticism and feedback very much!

These days I reside almost completely at Your Mom's Basement up in white bear.
I would imagine all the extra turn effects would be played, giving her extra attacks and keeping your opponents tapped out.
My thoughts.
I agree, extra turn effects are really powerful in this deck. I am limiting myself to only a couple and might add in more once I playtest the deck out.
Temporal Mastery isn't terrible, as if it's miracle it helps, and if not, it's edh.
(Any help for my edh deck I'm asking everyone, Lol. I theory craft a lot but I want to build this one. I already have my Omnath deck, but it's my first shot at 5 color.)
Hello there, i get your list an play with. Its amazing al the things i can do.
The build is really funny and let u play alot, but i dont see a way to win in a competitive way.
i can exile things cast and those spells and cast Jeleva again, but
how can i win the game? only with bribery and a opponent with a good deck?
only with a good game and Rise of Dark Realms?
The isnt a way to turn things more consistent and clear to win games?
Thx for all!

Thanks for the suggestion. I like Galvanoth but often time I find it too slow, similar to Charmbreaker Devil.
galvanoth has the added bonus of working well with all the top of library manipulation (personal, mystical, and vampiric tutor).
