Hey, this Crosis deck is really amazing... umad bro? It uses Wheel effects to make my opponents discard their entire hand and then begin anew, but punishes them heavily for doing so. Before your opponents realize Crosis is the biggest threat at the table, it's pretty much over.
There is a lot of subtlety involved. You don't want to seem like a threat until you are ready to combo out. It has a few key stall effects like Noetic Scales, Forcefield and Smoke. This will allow you to get set up virtually unscathed and combo off with Liliana's Caress or Megrim, ideally. Also working with the wheel effects are a bunch of "1 pingers" like Kederekt Parasite and Spiteful Visions, as well as a card I wasn't able to see hit the table the 1st three games, Phyrexian Tyranny (the flavor text makes me weep for Squee :D).
All in all, when playing this list, you'll want to at least have some draw effects in the opening hand. Howling Mine, Temple Bell... any of the Wheel of Fortune effects should be OK as well. I've also included a bunch of transmute cards, the downside to these being that they are sorcery speed tutors. So unless you have the necessary six mana (or more in some cases), everyone is going to get the inclination that you want to give everybody a new hand and then they'll swing heavily at you on their turns.
The upside is, the chances are very good that your 7 new cards will give you something to go on.
The rest of the game is all keeping it simple. You don't want to seem like a threat, so dropping Liliana's Caress early is probably a bad idea, though in the 3 games I've ran, a turn early (before the wheel effect on next turn) really doesn't hurt so long as no other player has obscene board position. Using cunning and politics can very much work in your favor, if you're into that sort of thing. I just like to watch the world burn, but to each his own.
Keep in mind this isn't a very friendly list. Don't play with people who are easily trolled or get overly mad at dickmoves. Or if you choose to, be prepared to have cards and other random objects thrown at you. Also keep in mind that this deck is probably easily picked apart by some of the nastier decks out there, and if you are truly looking to play this deck competitively, some tweaking and testing will definitely be in store.
I do believe that given time, this list can eventually become a tier 2ish-type list. Maybe even better if I can figure out a way to keep those insane decks (please Wizards, ban Hermit Druid... do it... you know you wanna) at bay while setting up the super C-C-C-Combos.
Played through three multiplayer games so far. Won each time.
It does really well against most decks. Super cheese combo can get a little hairy at times. Melek decks in particular can make you tug at your collar, since the wheel effects can essentially give him a god hand, or a chance to draw themselves into one.
Aggro can be potentially hard to play against, though chances are you can set up for a ton of damage well before they can get to your jugular. For those pesky tribal decks (like beloved Krenko) I've included An-Zerrin Ruins.
Things to further playtest / acquire: The expensive A/B/U dual lands. They're not in here for a reason. I decided it was a better idea to eat this week.
Moar discard. Tyrannize, Monomania... Mind Twist, Rakdos's Return... you get the idea. This will help ping out those pesky control players. Or just annoying people or people who make you nervous. Or well, you know. Everyone. I have included Boseiju, just so it's not an auto-scoop to those jerky MUC players and such.
Planeswalkers. Liliana of the Veil would be particularly good. Pretty expensive though. The other blue or red or black PWers seem kinda meh in this deck, with the exception of some of the Jaces. Though, again, they' tend to be costly cash-wise.
Wheel of Fate seems pretty meh, but might be worth a gander.
Keeping some more aggro at bay, I'd like to try out Nin, the Pain Artist but not sure what to slot out. Further playtesting required.
Need to check out Trade Secrets. Really need to. This would allow me to pick on the lesser threats at the table and make them draw stuff so that I can as well. Sure, it could get ugly but what do I care? They aren't really the threat right? ...Right?
Tutors. Some of them would probably be really good. Though with the transmute cards, probably need to be really effective and have very little downside. So essentially Imperial Seal, Vampiric Tutor and some others would be great.
Sweep effects would be amazing. Unfortunately, I don't see the desire for many of them. Damnation definitely needs testing. Decree of Pain could be good. Evacuation helps, and is especially nasty at end of an opponents turn, right before casting a wheel effect. "Discard those critters I just bounced and start over, mister!" Other than that, there'd have to be a ton of upside to the sweeps, lest I fear losing Kederekt Parasite, Rackling, Viseling, Shocker, Barbed Shocker or any of the other creatures that help chomp at life totals - just wouldn't be worth it.
Lazav, Dimir Mastermind. It may just be because I seem to only have him when I've managed to get Leyline of the Void out. Or it might be that stupid look on his face. Can't tell if he's grimacing or smirking. Anyway.
Overblaze. Included in the event that I really need to drop off enough damage to eliminate someone, either because they used life gain or because they are an extreme threat and a one-dmg pinger off a wheel effect definitely won't kill them. Or other situations. Thought it might be funny to see someone else swing at another player with a hefty creature, expecting their fatty to deal some decent damage, only to have me cast that and have it kill the defending player outright.
Arcane Laboratory. Meant to stall the opponent out so I can set up for the finishing kill. Unfortunately, this has a good potential to be more of a hindrance than a help, and will probably be cut for Propaganda or something else.
That's all I've got folks. I definitely want your feedback.

Things to further playtest / acquire: The expensive A/B/U dual lands. They're not in here for a reason. I decided it was a better idea to eat this week.
Some of the non-discard wheel effects, such as Time Reversal and Whirlpool Warrior might be deserving of a look-at.

Bloodchief Ascension / Mindcrank
Venser's Journal / Ivory Tower... having a mitt-full means a happy, giant life total.
Kaervek the Merciless Win moar.
That rounds out the list of desired cards.
This is a list of underachievers, and they may be swapped out for the cards above.
Sedraxis Specter, Blazing Specter, Guul Draz Specter, Hypnotic Specter. Discard is great, and Hypnotic Specter can muck up an opponent's plan in particular, but these all seem pretty meh, and usually get used to act as potential chump blockers.
Lazav, Dimir Mastermind. It may just be because I seem to only have him when I've managed to get Leyline of the Void out. Or it might be that stupid look on his face. Can't tell if he's grimacing or smirking. Anyway.
Overblaze.
