So, I love my Wort deck. And I've always been a little partial to elves. So I wanted to make Ezuri. I'm not sure if elves have the same power of goblins, though, so I'm hoping I can get some input on this list.
- Gilt-Leaf Archdruid is hard to pull off. I run the card too, but just be aware that odds are, it's not going to happen often and for some reason, you'll be hated for running this card.
- Immaculate Magistrate is overkill in an Ezuri build because you can pump all your creatures with Ezuri. I've found this card to be too redundant.
As for the rest of your creatures, they all pack punch. Some are better than others, but I can clearly see 'swarm' tatics is high on your list, so I'll leave this alone.
Nice list! Looks pretty absurd from here, and the few pieces of feedback I have are mostly the same as GFireflyE's. Immaculate Magistrate isn't necessary, Gilt-Leaf Archdruid is not plausible, protection for Ezuri needed, etc. I do have two questions, though:
Gyre Sage doesn't seem like it would actually evolve that often. Is this incorrect?
Do you ever have land problems with only 28? I get that you only need a couple to run, but it still seems unusually small. Maybe I would run 30.

Magisrate I can see as unnecessary. I take it her cousin Timberwatch Elf can get out of here too, then.
Cauldron of Souls should definitely be here as well. As for the Boots, I'm not sure whether they're worth the slot in a deck like this or not. Testing will see (I'm just worried that they don't really further my game plan along, but Greaves is good enough as mass haste as far as this deck goes for the most part...)
Anyway, as for the Archdruid, I'm actually running him mostly for the draw ability (so many of the cards have been erratad to druid I had to make a list >.>), but being hated out for using him is a notable concern. We'll see how it goes. He very well may not work out, but this hasn't actually had a spin in a real match yet.
After looking at your list, I'm now interested to see how Oak Street Innkeeper might work out. Damn, it's so flavourful!

The land? Well, the way I figure it is that the only time I should be short on mana is after a sweeper, and after a sweeper I'd rather draw dudes than land anyway. If that makes sense, idk.

Basic Elf concept: Make tons of mana and make things happen from there.
Maybe Torpor Orb? I'm just worried about it messing me up when I want to combo out, since almost all my combo cards use EtB triggers.
Here are some thoughts from personal experiance:

One thing that I noticed you don't have anything of is protection for Ezuri himself. Considering that he's your primary wincon, I've found to have the following to help keep him on the board:
Wrap in Vigor
Swiftfoot Boots
Lightning Greaves
Cauldron of Souls
Vines of Vastwood
As for elvish infinite mana combo's:
- Umbral Mantle or Sword of the Paruns with a multi-mana elf = infinite mana
- Instill Energy and Elvish Guidance are neat little tricks to double mana from one source.
