tons of changes you could make. Not sure why you choose to have tons of low cost instant/sorceries when you're cheating them into play with your general.

Top is money and I only have one, Entomb is money and Time Stretch is just unnecessary IMO. Time Warp is half the mana and probably a lot more abuse-able at half the mana. Besides, I'm going off like an hour of sleep today, and I usually forget about the tutoring and stuff at first anyway. (+MT and ID) Plus I like to stick to themes at first, see if I like the spirit of the deck. so SPEDUCKEN!
for your last part, same idea as with Kaalia. just 'cause your general can cheat things out doesn't you want to have an entire deck based around a 4 mana general and 10 mana cards. And I just build decks differently so nyeh lol

I agree that you want to run some more extra combat steps. I'd toss in another couple ways to give her haste, too. Swinging is kind of a big thing for her, and there's a nonzero chance you'll exile the two or three that you've got.

For combat I have Relentless Assault and Seize the Day (since she's [or Garza/Tyrant] the main one to swing with). Gonna add Fervor (god I hate goblins), and I was sorta considering the M13 Rings. Ring of Valkas, etc. Haste and Hexproof are good, Regenerate less so so maybe not the black one. Maybe in place of the Talismans?
lost hours is something on my maybe list to get clunker spells I'd rather exile with my commander back into the relevant zone--it gives you some time before you redraw it too so you can do it when you can afford to cast Jeleva w/o too much mana. Like a long-term plans for your opening hand.
Ive just been running the basic Jaleva precon to get a feel for it and something I'm noticing is that (as I only get to play against myself) I never want to kill off Jaleva past the first cast. I TRY to keep her alive because she swings, gets some spells cast...and thats it. She's done. What's she going to do ping me for 1 for the next 20 turns?
How do you kill her off for recast and more spells? I need more spells...
High Market, Phyrexian Tower and Miren, the Moaning Well help re-cast Jeleva. Also, I run A LOT of sweeper effects that include my own creatures (aside from Plague Wind and In Garruk's Wake) because sometimes the cards revealed by Jeleva derps And the only way to reset her is get herself killed... So you might as well take everyone else with you.

Seems to me that it is somewhat counter intuitive. Perhaps desertion or gather specimens is just better?
I could probably use more mana rocks. I have a lot of copying spells, and some of the spells are on the heavy end of costs.
