So I'm making myself a nice Olivia deck that is tribal vampires. Not only does it have the her awesomely abusable abilities, there are a lot of vampires that are surprisingly well suited to commander games, that could ultimately end up with me having a game-crushing army.
I'm looking for a total split of 60/40 lands, and I currently have 14 slots open and would like some suggested to round out the deck.
36 to 38 lands should be enough 40 is overkill. Some good mana rocks are Coalition Relic and Chromatic Lantern and Gilded Lotus if you want a bigger one. Not too sure where you wanna go with this deck so that's all I got lol.

I was going to run a bit higher land count to help feed Olivia's ability.
The deck is a 'steal your creatures' deck, but unlike a lot of them has a pretty solid army to back it up should that fail, it ideally wants to be able to use it's commander's ability for maximum abuse, but also crank out a good sized legion of vampires.
I actually first realized that this was missing from my tribal decks while playing my Vamp tribal deck!
Edit: You may need some mana rocks in here too.
Oh, and Blood Tribute is just silly in EDH.
Sadly a lot of those sources of draw break the tribal theme, but there's the new black enchantment from M14 that would fit in really well, and I could include some other things as well if I find that I really need it.
These are all some really good choices, and if I wind up with open slots I'll throw in more of those vampires.
I'm down with most of the vampires the other guy suggested. I would suggest very strongly that you make room for the Blood Seeker and Falkenrath Noble.
Especially if you aren't opposed to "infinite" combos and decide to run the Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood combo (both of which fit the vampire "theme"). The Seeker, the Noble or the Blood Artist (along with any lifelink vampires or direct damage to player vampires) can start a "win the game right now" combo. Especially if you have a sacrifice outlet (like the Bloodflow Connoisseur or the Bloodthrone Vampire or the Vampire Aristocrat) or if you use the direct damage vampires on your own creatures to kill them to start the combo.
