So the plan of the deck is to make it hard for your opponents to really do much of anything. It's very fun, usually makes the games a bit faster and is at the very least, formidable.
Unfortunately, there is a very fine line between drawing hate early and killing everyone at the same time. It takes patience, skill, luck and a knowledge of when to lay down the boom or when to hold off. If you master most of these things, you can pilot this deck to a win.
This deck has a bit of utility and a lot of hate. I'm trying to tweak the deck to have enough hate to win, but yet have enough utility to not lose.
Aside from the tough decision of filtering out a card to replace it with something that may potentially have a better use in that slot, there is one card that I have yet to see hit the table and do what it is meant to do - Chains of Mephistopheles. Unfortunately, I've only been able to play it twice in frequent testing. The 1st time it hit the table it was gone the next spell, and the 2nd time it hit the table, I was dead before my next turn.
Another card I am seriously considering a replacement for would be Molten Psyche. The problem is not getting enough artifacts to do some damage, it's getting the artifacts out fast and having my opponents have a mitt full of cards. I have cast this once to good effect, think it did between 12 and 16 damage to each opponent. But once effective has me wondering, especially since I seem to draw into this thing all the time, and early.
Here is a list of some cards I am considering;
[CARD]
Shizo, Death's Storehouse[/CARD] - Will most likely be an auto-include once I get it. Ghost Quarter Tectonic Edge
^ These are budget land removal that would take care of Cabal Coffers and Kessig Wolf Run, hopefully.
There are a lot of others. Most of them are just to deal with creatures. I've been seeing a lot of token decks lately. The last game I played, I had both Ulasht, the Hate Seed and Nath of the Gilt-Leaf at the same table. With some help, the Nath player got ousted relatively early. The other player (piloting Mayael the Anima) then engaged a 2 on 1 vs. the Ulasht player. Unfortunately, neither of us had sufficient removal, and it was over a few turns later.
If anyone has some cards to add to this list, please feel free.
Neat interaction, but does not work as intended. Since a lot of the damage revolves around my opponents having cards and casting spells, if I cast Wheel of Fortune with Chains out, I'm going to have a bad time.
It fits the theme very well. It isn't really worth the trouble though. Its impossible to read the card and figure it out easily, this means you're going to be explaining it a lot.
It does work with Howling Mine right? If it does, it rocks there. Do your opponents have lots of extra draw as well?

Usually you see it in small amounts, until the occasional Sylvan Library or MUC draw comes aboard for the night.
It does work with Howling Mine I believe, but with the Wheel effects it really screws me over, not just everyone else (unless I have Megrim or Liliana's Caress on the table... having everyone lose their hands is a lot more acceptable when everyone else is taking a potentially large amount of damage). It's almost worth having in there, it's great when Seizan, Perverter of Truth hits the board as well. But alas, I just don't think I can justify the slot. Trying to fit everything in and have a good amount of balance is rough, moreso with this deck.
I've given Sire a few runs through my Kaervek deck, and he is great as disrupting things. More often than not, he gets hit with Murder/Path/etc on cast, but the few times he has stuck made things more interesting. I'm debating on what cuts to make for him and a few other cards at this time.
Void is a very nice targeted board wipe since I can be selective about what gets blasted while keeping my board more or less untouched. Backlashand Deliriumare very unexpected cards and I have killed several people with them on something huge like Blightsteel Colossus.

Sweet, great input.
What do you think of Malfegor? He seems to be pretty situational, and more often than not, I find myself wishing I had something else in my hand...
I'd rather run Sire over Malfegor myself. I was disappointed with Malf's performance every time I ran it in my deck, which is why it didn't make my final cut at all.

I took a look at your list, I've already added in both Phyrexian Purge and Bloodchief Ascension and will add Memory Jar once I've acquired it.
I also want to test out Void, Backlash, and Delirium.
What do you think about Sire of Insanity here?
Thanks for the input!
