In a format that Eldrazi run rampant, I think running effects such as Praetor's Grasp to exile them from the library are key for mill decks to prevent the shuffle trigger.
Good point, Sadistic Sacrament and Jester's Cap as well- the second I have in one or two of my own decks, and it's been really helpful to exile combo pieces/relevant removal/etc.
Bitter Ordeal had been really solid for me as I could usually get it up to 4 or 5 copies with a little work. Its nice because you can spread the copies out and strip all the opponents of eldrazies in one shot. It unfortunately does not trigger off of milling but even with that it was really solid for hitting eldrazi.

I have officially moved to MTGNexus. I just wanted to let people know as my response time to salvation decks being bumped is very hit or miss.
Hey guys thanks for the feedback! I could definitely run some exile effects outside of Oona. I really like Sadistic Sacrament (the Kicker is realistic). Bitter Ordeal would work better as an instant, and there wouldn't be much support for it in my deck. I love Jester's Cap, if only I had more Artifact recursion.
