Trying to get my girlfriend into EDH. Some back story
My girlfriend plays casually with me and has a light grasp on the rules. Her favorite color is white, but mono white is fairly weak. I tried U/W but it became a control/combo deck and she didn't like being reactive. I tried G/W but she doesn't like the color green in general. When we winston draft, she always drafts B/W so I figured maybe a B/W deck would make her like EDH more.
Her playstyle is she loves angels, she loves killing things, she loves being the beat down. She doesn't like complicated cards (no necropotence) and she likes things being straight forward (hence the limited # of tutors) If she starts liking the deck, maybe I can add more tutors once she's familiar with the list, but for now, lets keep it simple.
Power level wise, I want it to be evenly matched, or even better than my Azusa list (in my sig) since we mostly play 1v1 and occasionally multiplayer. I would like the list to be able to handle both. After some playtesting, the decks seem to have a 50/50 match up. I don't mind this list becoming a B/W good stuff list as long as it's not combo or control oriented (besides Reverse the Sands) I would like this deck to be a very solid beat down deck with removal spells essentially.
All-in-all, I would like this deck to be proactive in the red zone, simple to play, and match up well against my Azusa list.
Thoughts or opinions? Thanks.

I actually had Loxodonn Warhammer on my watch list. I swapped out Mimic vat for it. Gives my creatures that extra UMPH.
I prefer to not run Desolation Angel because MLD is frowned upon.
Any other suggesions?
From what you are describing in the OP, you want a casual, easy to play 1v1 B/W Angel beat down. You also want to have be a fair matchup against an Azusa deck, which is going to be tough.
I would start by playing to what she wants, which is Angels (in addition to what you have right now):
The other things you need are draw, protection (it is more of a late game deck) removal and recursion: A lot of the draw ideas are there (Bob and Tutelage are not well suited for this deck). Some protection would include Magus of the Moat, Ghostly Prison, Intrepid Hero, Moat (if you have one lying around). Also, some equipment (such as the Swords of Win and More, Greaves, Boots, Plate). Removal you have basically down other than two more expensive cards that I would add. Identity Crisis and Terminus. Add a tutor suite that you think would work best.
Finally, you may want to add in some green hosers (if you playing an Azusa deck...), like Perish.
I am not sure how this will be 1v1, but start out with something and then tune it to what works and what doesn't.
Oh I should update that I'm scrapping my Azusa list and it'll play against a more powered down Yeva list. I also just recently posted a Yeva list if people would critic that list as well. Thanks guys!

Perhaps Felidar Sovereign as a win-con. And Loxodon Warhammer to counter the life loss.
More mana rocks perhaps. And a Desolation Angel for when she got the game under her control.

Some notable ones are:
Desolation Angel (You said that you wanted it to be a good matchup against Azusa...this is probably one of the better ones)
Herald of War
Chancellor of the Annex
Sunblast Angel
Fallen Angel
Adarkar Valykrie
Akroma, Angel of Wrath
Admonition Angel
Angelic Arbiter
Deathless Angel
Emeria Angel
Iona, Shield of Emeria
Karmic Guide
Linvala, Keeper of Silence
Radiant, Archangel (Perfect Commander for this sort of deck in mono-W, if you choose to go that route)
Reya Dawnbringer
Sublime Archangel
Twilight Shepard
A few things are needed with this:
A good number of mana rocks (these angels are VERY expensive):
Sol Ring
Thran Dynamo
Worn Powerstone
Marble Diamond
Charcoal Diamond
Skull of Ramos
Tooth of Ramos
Orzhov Signet
Wayfarer's Bauble
Gilded Lotus
Coldsteel Heart
Darksteel Ingot
Chromatic Lantern
