I picked one up in trade and some one was asking why I would grab it since it was pointless in EDH, which is what we normally play. And never being one to back down from a challenge like that, I figured it was time to try and at least make Mishra, Artificer Prodigy work, if not completely competitive.
Ok so most of the plan revolves around trying to snag cards from other people and get your own commonly played artifacts out for free. Plus it has some interesting interactions with things like Nethervoid or Ice Cave, credit goes to CommanderCast for those suggestions, so it might be fun at least.
All of these are ways you can actually abuse Mishra's ability and get uncounterable artifacts (and, in the case of Possibility Storm, 2-for-1 artifacts). If you haven't seen the interaction, basically it works by letting Mishra's ability to search go on the stack, then let the counter/exile effect happen. If Possibility Storm is out, then you "cascade" into a new spell and cast it. Meanwhile your original card ends up in bin/library. Mishra's ability then resolves, and goes looking for a copy of the first card in either library or bin... conveniently right where it was put. The ability puts it into play, not casts it, and so it can't even be counterspelled at that point.
You've got 38 mana producing lands and 10 mana rocks/doublers. You can probably afford to cut 1 or 2 of each.
Shared Fate strikes me as a good cut. I'm not sure exactly what the plan is here. If you're playing out of someone else's deck and they're playing out of yours, unless you hit another player in strictly Red, Black, and/or Blue, they're far more likely to be able to play out of your deck which is super artifact heavy (and thus colorless) than you are out of theirs (where you might not be able to produce the right colors). About the only advantage I see is that you might be able to get the occasional Sol Ring double action. A lot of risk for relatively little reward.
Feedback Bolt and Scrapyard Salvo would probably be my next cuts. They're fine cards in non-singleton formats, but you're not running a lot of ways to recur them from the bin, flashback, copy them on the stack, or otherwise get value out of them repeatedly. They each only hit one player, and Salvo even runs counter to your ideal game plan, in that it depends on your artifacts being in bin, not on the battlefield where they belong.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

I'd also consider a few more ways to recycle your bin if necessary. Reito Lantern, Junktroller, Vessel of Endless Rest, Elixir of Immortality, etc.

Updated the list a bit.
