Here is one of the first commander decks I ever made. It is mainly focused on flooding the board with tokens via efficient spells and creatures and then creating a win-con from them by the use of the best anthem effects in the format. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite acts as a reusable anthem/boardwipe late game.
Looking at the deck, I've somehow widdled the manabase down to only 35 lands over the last few months. I'll have to play around with the deck when I have a chance and see what I can cut to get back up to at least 37. Also, I never seemed to fit Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile into the deck, somehow.
I'll have to do some playtesting with some of the newer cards I've put in the deck (haven't played this build in a while) and see what is cuttable for these powerful instants.
Other suitable commanders for this deck are Crovax, Ascendent Hero and Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon"
