I Decided to make a deck based around an extortion type them, little pings here and there on everyone if possible, gaining you a large amount of life. Late game you can cast a large Exsanguinate or Debt to the Deathless to win. In playtesting I find that given even a few turns with extort triggers puts you in a very powerful position life wise, often leading to a victory. The deck is played by being relatively passive, just gaining life while dinging everyone else slightly, then going in for the kill when it is too late for them to take down your life.
Have you had any trouble with land drops? For a deck that wants to cast its spells and have colored mana available to extort it seems really land light.
Actually I haven't had much trouble with land drops. I plan on adding more land, just testing what works and what doesn't at this point, but only 2-3 more because so far land doesn't seem to be much of an issue.
I know this is a bit of a directional change, but have you considered old Teysa as the general? She is much more castable at :1mana::symw::symb: and has some very profitable interactions with her two abilities.
Seeing as Teysa 2.0 is an unblockable attacker, I always like to find room for Grafted Exoskeleton in the 99 with her. Lets her kill in two swings.
Yeah... although that scenario holds true if Teysa 2.0 is just another card in the 99. Having to replay her for will be a bear, and she still eats it to almost every removal spell in the format. I don't mind her in the deck, she just seems a little weaker as the commander in my opinion.
-After more playtesting, I removed a few cards that were too unwieldy, not political, or not worth it in the deck, replacing with lands. One card cut was Baneful Omen, it was too expensive for the effect and painted a target on my head.
-I may have to try Teysa 1.0 out as commander, but my goal in casting my commander is to make it even less profitable to hit me. The idea of the deck is to be a virtually ignored player, playing politically for most of the game, dinging here and there. At the point people begin worrying about you, they could kill another player or even two sometimes for what it would take to hurt me a lot. Teysa 2.0 adds another layer of detriment to attacking me, you lose the creature, I get tokens, and she destroys double strike. I will playtest with 1.0 however. Thank you for the suggestions everyone. Keep making them please.

Yeah, the biggest question in that decision is the speed of your local meta. The faster it is, the less you can wait for 7 mana to make a move. But if you can get Big Teysa out quick enough to have a good effect on the board state, might as well go with her. Btw, if you like that effect, Dread is another source in your colors.
I haven't tried the Extort mechanic in multiplayer EDH... Does that make everyone want to kill you faster? I don't find Extort to be very political at all. It seems like you'd be an early nuisance... I dig the deck, don't get me wrong. I just don't know how political this deck can be. Extort is not a very passive ability.
Normally you take out one land per 2 artifacts that net you mana, which in your case would make your deck have 38 lands. I guess you're not playing against land destruction much?
But it's a great deck nonetheless. I play a extort deck too and the small damage can add up, at the expense of your opponents. They're busy fighting amongst themselves anyway, so let's help them along the grave a bit, shall we? The best part of the deck is that no one wants to clone or steal a Basilica Screecher or this type of creature, which makes the deck come out of nowhere so easily. I've won at 60 life and the players were like "how did you get that much life?".
Usually when dealing with quicker decks and more mana ramp decks, people tend to be ok with losing one life to me vs the large primordials or token armies other players throw up. And yes I have upped the land count, to make it run smoother. Baneslayer and Oversold Cemetery are good suggestions. Thank you for feedback.

Weathered Wayfarer is pretty good too.
With 32 creatures, perhaps Oversold Cemetery is a good fit, or Phyrexian Reclamation.
Divinity of Pride or Baneslayer Angel fit the lifegain theme.
Also Test of Endurance is the enchantment version of Felidar Sovereign.
