Dosan the Falling Leaf and City of Solitude let you pass your turn to flip your wolves and not get blown out by instants, and are very good cards for deck that are naturally going to play at sorcery speed anyway, such as yours. Definitely seconded on the Craterhoof recommendation.
Craterhoof for sure, cuz you have to win. Probably better than Beastmaster in this deck.
Dosan effects, yes.
Triumph of Ferocity won't stay, it always gets cut as much as I want it to work. But yes, generally there are mostly BB tokens and piddly utility stuff in my meta.
Drumhunter might be more reliable than Triumph and generates mana as well.
Yup. Drumhunter was on the table of mana dorks and didn't make it in. I should switch them.
Honestly, I don't know what I want to do with this deck. My original plan for Ruric Thar was punisher/beatdown/everybody fights. But then I realized how he assisted werewolves and thought it would be fun to play with them for and .
The problem is, as effective as lando is with werewolves, I'm not sure I want to take a funsy 'hey he's playing with werewolves' deck and then draw people's ire by dropping Decree of Annihilation. It's not going to be 'competitive' with werewolves, and I tend to only use LD in decks I'm playing a little more seriously.
Maybe Chimeric can offer some advice since he's played with them before, but my current plan is to just play the mess of cards I have and see what happens, see what I like.
