Little bit of a life story for me, I started playing while the Zendikar block was freshly standard. I was still learning how to play back then (the basic fundamentals) and got tired of playing after I couldn't understand how Helimar Excavator and Jwari Shapeshifter making me force myself to dump my library into my graveyard made my opponent win (keep in mind I had just gotten the grasps of everything else). I played a little bit with my friends, enough to flatten them and feel triumphant, but nothing major.
After being stupid about college and my dad giving me an ultimatum, I left home to go from Illinois to Kentucky to live with my mother. After a few months, I finally got out of my house (stupid ASD! >.<) and decided to stop by an interesting store by the name of Amazing Wonders. I then learned that they held MtG tourneys and I decided to get my rusty old deck out to attend one. After playing against a guy named Mark (who later became a great friend and excellent mentor) for fun, I found out my silly mono-green ramp deck was no longer standard, to which I replied "What is standard?"
After understanding the formats, Scars of Mirrodin had just released, and I took interest in these little things called Myr. They were cool and did cool things, but were not nearly fast against what would later become my true love: Infect. Hopefully, I haven't lost too many haters by now...eh, whatever. From B/G to Mono-Green, my infect deck actually did pretty well and I loved being able to tell people that they needed a d10 instead of a d20 and see their faces go from happy to completely straight as they muttered "You're playing infect...", all the while trying to stifle my laughter. Then at a tournament, I faced a guy playing U/G Infect (which is what my infect deck would later become, albeit much different and faster than this guy's). I crushed him badly (T3 wins tend to have a crushing sound to them, I think most victors would claim this true), but that wasn't the point, as he introduced to me what would become my mistress: Proliferation. While I never used it myself for the longest time, but I loved teaming up with a friend in 2HG that did as he could help me whittle away opponents while defending me as I plowed on through.
My passion for standard has all but died now, but I find EDH a ton of fun, and I longed for a day when a legendary creature that was a proliferate engine on a stick would come to my aid and let me play an EDH deck I've wanted since I discovered the format...lo' and behold, enter Vorel of the Hull Clade! While he may not literally be proliferate on a legendary stick, he's close enough and I squeed when I saw him in the spoiler on this site. I wanted to jump up and down for joy!
This is what I have so far, and if you cannot tell it focused around counter manipulation, token production, and buffing infect/already big creatures...but I feel lack it's lacking in some areas...mainly draw engines. I noticed that Graft is probably an amazing quirk for this deck, but I'm not sure if I've utilized it enough. Also, since I'm using Vorel as my commander I do not have access to black, voiding me of any black infect creatures of proliferation spells. Save for Phyrexian Crusader and Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, I can safely say that I won't miss these things as I have all the better G/U infect creatures, but the spot removal and board wipes will definitely be missed. I also really have the urge to throw in Mycosynth Lattice and Darksteel Forge, but I also feel that having them in just for their combo along with making all my creatures able to benefit from being artifact creatures isn't good enough to add them in a deck that isn't as devoted to artifacts as Arcum Dagsson or Sharuum the Hegemon.
All input, thoughts, and advice would be appreciated. I would really appreciate advice about what to possibly remove to focus more on the main ideas of the deck and take out things that either don't fit or don't fit well enough.
I knew there would be G/U creatures that obviously fit in this deck that I would miss. I knew about FM, but I wasn't sure where to fit her in. LC and IS seem really good too....
Time to analyze what doesn't fit, maybe one or both of the Garruk's?
EDIT: Now that I think about it, how could I forget about the awesomeness that is Vigor? Man, I'm skipping over things left and right!
This Deck reminds me in many ways of a deck I made a few years back when I was trying to utilize proliferation myself in EDH. Unfortunately someone else in my play group already called dibs on Vorel as this is the logical way for my deck to evolve at this point.

I am also working on a proliferate edh deck. However, there will be no infect considering how hated it is in my playgroup. My commander will be The Mimeoplasm and I want all the crazy win conditions I can get. This will be as fun as I can make it while not just totally folding in multiplayer.
I would recommend Sage of Fables as the card draw engine of choice for you. It has awesome synergy with Lorescale Coatl with the snake auto replacing the +1/+1 counter when you draw. The colorless mana activation cost is also friendly to Vorel decks that run a more artifact/proliferate based build.
Inkmoth Nexus is also a good card for infect decks. It dodges most sorcery based creature removals. Furthermore Vorel do target lands too.
If you don't mind can I add your deck to my vorel build list?
With the level of artifacts that you got, how about including Prototype Portal?
I used to run Mono-U proliferate with Mirrodin/Zendikar Standard (Everflowing Chalice pushed that deck so far), and Portal did quite a lot of work whenever it could stick, churning out Tumble Magnets, Voltaic Keys, and sometimes the odd Lux Cannon or, in one fun fight against U/B Control, Wurmcoil Engines to smash against Grave Titans. It was a stupid rogue deck, but it could have absurd boardstates, especially because of the Portal.

Check it out here for ideas: Vorosh Proliferation Deck
I recall scouring Gatherer at the time for anything which utilized counters. Looks like you discovered most of the awesome tricks I found.
Here are some other cards to consider if you can get your hands on them:
Vorosh is cool, but he's not really my thing. I'll make sure to check out your deck though.
I already have LhC, and AEV was already in the 'what do I take out' category, but SW seems just perfect! A definite addition!
