MTG Salvation

It's way too early for me to think of anything to say. Broke apart my Wort and Jor Kadeen decks to build this up. Questions, comments, suggestions welcome.

In general, I feel it is dangerous to run noncreatures when you could be running creatures instead in Ruric. Your non-creature spells should be reserved for cards that are truly irreplaceable in the deck. I think the slight drop in efficiency by dropping Chain Reaction, Quicksilver Amulet, Darksteel Plate, Creeping Renaissance, Hull Breach, Survival of the Fittest, Primal Command, and Beast Within is worth it to increase your creature count by running Molder Slug, Vithian Renegades, Mold Shambler, Fauna Shaman, Elvish Piper, Spearbreaker Behemoth, Vigor, Genesis, Brutalizer Exarch, and some combination of Jiwari, the Earth Aflame, Crater Hellion, and Caldera Hellion. I'm also not quite seeing what. I'm also not entirely certain what Conjurer's Closet and Doubling Season do for you in this deck, and am not sure you need Awakening Zone (and not sure it trumps something like Dawntreader Elk, Krosan Tusker, or Wood Elves).

A few other really strong Gruul creatures you seem to be missing would include Zealous Conscripts, Vexing Shusher, Craterhoof Behemoth, Avenger of Zendikar, and Scavenging Ooze (if you can afford it).

As I said, there are very few noncreature spells I'm willing to run in Ruric, and the only ones I am not seeing that I'd be willing to give a shot are Loxodon Warhammer, Sword of Feast and Famine, Sol Ring, and Decimate.

Finally, 35 land seems a little low, and I think Raging Ravine and then Kessig Wolf Run and/or Skarrg, the Rage Pits are sorely missing from this deck.

with the suggestions of the guy, making less non permanent cards, i would suggest to use primal surge this card if not countered is GG on aggro decks

Thanks for all the suggestions. Definitely willing to put about $60-70 into the deck, as I built it out of current stock. For now though, I'm working with what cards I have (anniversary trumps new cards), but I found quite a bit of good in my binders and boxes. Next payday I'll go shopping.
