Anybody have any ideas on what cards to cut? Or maybe what cards to add? I would really prefer to have some more of my other colors, this deck just feels a little bit too much like a mono-blue deck.
Just realized I have 1 too many cards. Gotta decide what to get rid of. This deck's just too difficult.
Edit: After some serious consideration, I removed Heartless Hidetsugu
Made a few changes, still really looking for some critiquing and suggestions. Especially to expand my mana pool!

Personally, there are a few changes I would make. You have too many high cost cards, and competitive EDH demands speedy answers for those speedy decks. I would try to include more lower cost board wipes to answer token-generator decks, and maybe a few cheaper counterspells for combo decks. Damnation is a great card, but on it's own it's not going to cut it. Consider something cheap and simple like Infest, or Nivenyrral's Disc if you're considered about colored mana. As far as countermagic goes, good old Counterspell goes a long way, and Hinder, Spell Crumple, and Flusterstorm are incredibly solid cards. Declaration of Naught is also sweet in EDH match ups.
And then spot removal - admittedly, taking something for a turn and then saccing it is better, sometimes you just need to break a combo by exiling a creature. A few good ways to exile a creature include Ashes to Ashes, Demonfire, and Sever the Bloodline.
Also, if you really want to make your opponents HATE you, pop in Contamination. If the upkeep really makes you cringe, Bitterblossom will fix that. And on the subject of hatred, I notice a distinct lack of Mind Twist. Remedy this.
As far as what to cut? Well, Urza's Glasses and Telepathy are pretty much the definition of do-nothing cards. It's great to see your opponents hands, but I rather they just didn't have a hand. Legacy's Allure is fun, but it takes so long to build up, I'd rather have a faster effect. Garza Zol and Sphinx Ambassador don't do enough for that incredibly high cost. Replacing them with some lower cost creatures to help you survive to end game would be a good plan - creatures like Solemn Simulacrum or Bane of the Living.
Anyhow, those are some of the simple fixes I'd make. It's hard for me to make a deck without at least one dedicated combo, but if you're doing without, you have a really solid deck. As long as you can make it the end game, you should do some stomping.

I am pretty confident I need more mana. At least a spot for Phyrexian Arena.
Please assist me, I really know what I can get rid of!
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
