So I recently made myself a deck revolving around Gisela's damage amplification ability, but I'm having trouble with consistent wins and board presence.
I wanted to aim the deck towards using Gisela with sorcery spells that damage all my opponents at once or with tricks such as Repercussion + Earthquake to whittle opponents down or take everyone out all at once in a conflagration of doom.
I'm having trouble with sweepers and maintaining a board presence in my play group so I am looking for deck suggestions. Gisela never gets to stay on the board for long. The group will use mass removal just to see her die.
Parts of the deck are missing since I'm at work and cannot recall it all, but for now if anyone uses Gisela mainly this way do you have any advice? I didn't want to have to pillowfort it since my Enchantress Jenara deck uses that strat.
So the problem is that people blow everything up before you can get control? Make it hurt for them to do this. Stuff like Karmic Justice does well with board sweepers, while Martyr's Bond helps out also.
You can also try and make your stuff indestructible by adding Avacyn.
I've gotten Emeria online in 2 color decks before, but it requires a little bit of help. Stuff like Gift of Estates (as you mentioned), Tithe, Journeyer's Kite, even Armillary Sphere are all helpful. Additional card draw helps as well.
To me, Caged Sun can work well in a 2 color deck if the deck leans heavily on one color. Not sure that this is the deck for it, but who knows, it's worth trying out.

Manabarbs is useful because if Gisela is out you take 0 and your opponents take 2 per each land they tap.
I believe I had Manabarbs in and some how removed it. I can see now though how it can punish removal and should incorporate it back in. However, I'm not a huge fan of how it still hurts me if Gisela isn't online.
And coupled with Heartless Hidetsugu it's a one shot kill. A backup plan for when Gisela can't help our Hidetsugu dude. Just make sure your life is a bit higher ;3.

That is worth running I think but I'm pretty sure it would be answered immediately. Thanks for the suggestion.

You can also try and make your stuff indestructible by adding Avacyn.
Another option is to make sure that the things that get blown up have a way to come back after they do. Sun Titan brings small stuff back, Emeria, the Sky Ruin and Karmic Guide bring creatures back, Argivian Find and Mine Excavation can get an artifact or enchantment back.
Finally, you can just use card draw to refill your hand and your board with threats. This is harder in these colors, but doable, with Wheel of Fortune, Wheel of Fate, Reforge the Soul, Dragon Mage, and others.
Just some ideas.

You think Emeria, the Sky Ruin can work in two color EDH?
If so maybe I should get a Gift of Estates
I was thinking I should perhaps focus on artifact ramp picking up Caged Sun.

Just those two alone attacking makes for (including Violence bonus):
Aurelia (12+12=24) + Gisela (20+20=40) = 64 damage
