Borderpost could become Gruul Keyrune. Seems like a good swap. Also I'd include Living Hive. It's one of those deal with me now or you lose creatures, plus it has trample! Also, where's Warstorm Surge?!
Living Hive feels like I could do better for 8 mana. Yes a 6/6 trample that poops out insects is good, but I feel like im going for more of a few hits with the wrecking ball to kill over a zerg rush.
I wont do surge, but will use pandemonium. Why? Because people dont run a lot of creatures in my meta, thats why. And if they do, they are mainly 1/x or 2/x....

The only time it may bite, is if elf guy shows up, but then I wont cast it, or I'll cast it and drop a fattie (Woodfall primus for the lulz) to kill him.
Good to see another Stonebrow player. From my experience, the most effective means to play Stonebrow is to remain aggressive. So having haste is important to maximize the effectiveness of your creatures. Haste outlets like Fires of Yavimaya, Urabrask the Hidden, Sarkhan Vol, In the Web of War are one of the best haste outlets. Having combat tricks like Seize the Day could mean taking down a player with general damage from Stonebrow.

Here is why im not running fervor: Urabrask the Hidden. Haste Enabler, stops mass token swarms possibly for a turn and gets under Ruric Thar. ItWoW is also on my possible list. the 5 cost seems off, but 4 would of been too low.
