I do run Land Tax, and was looking at Eternal Dragon. I do not think that Tithe or Gift of Estates are worth their salt though. The repeatability of Land Tax and Dragon are what make them good.
You'll be struggling for creatures to Sneak Attack in, I would seriously put more in and Quicksilver Amulet as abackup plan. Obzedat's Aid is also very good once you can get it.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.

Tithe and Gift let you get nonbasic plains (like Dragon). Land Tax only fetches basics. That's the reason they are useful. But yes the ability to repeatedly use land tax is what makes it so powerful. However, I dropped Tax from my Kaalia deck in favor of Tithe because I was running so few basics it didn't seem worth it. I'm running the dragon too.
The basics are completely fine, and the bulk is what is important. You really what Land Tax in conjuntion with Scroll Rack and/or Armageddon. Getting a Tax off, then Armageddoning puts you in position for further Taxing and recovering faster than other people.
As to putting in more dudes, you don't need to drop a dude with Kaalia every turn. You need to drop 1-2 threats and then constrict the opponents options. If you have a Gisella, you don't also need to have another dude to win the game. You just need to put people in a position where they can' answer your guy. Sneak Attack is a back-up. It is in case of emergancy or facing heavy enough removal that Kaalia can't get in there. Switching the Sneak attack out for QSA might be the correct choice though. I do like how mana light SA is to activate.
Obzedat's Aid competes with Unburial Rites. I don't think Aid does enough additional work to overcome the CA provided by Flashback.

OA is any permanent, it's very flexible and people will exile your creatures in Kaalia, if the best are gone you will struggling to win, especially playgroup has graveyard hate. I think QSA, SA and Through the Breach in my version and sometimes all three still get countered.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.

You are trying to circumvent the issue of your opponents having answers by having more threats. I am trying to circumvent them having answers by constricting their options through cards like Armageddon and Chains of Mephistophles. Both arguments are valid, but I find the punisher cards work better in the long run because they make any creature a win condition, as opposed to having to dig for more redundant threats.
OA is more flexible, but that doesn't make it better than Unburial Rites. Most of the time, you are going to want to be returning creatures. Are there times where OA would come in handy? Of course there are. Do those times out weight the free body of Karmic Guide or the Reusability of Unburial Rites? I don't think so.
It sounds like you are in a very blue heavy playgroup. If that is the case, then the answer isn't QSA, SA, or even Through the Breach. The answer is cards like Cavern of Souls, Hall of the Bandit Lord, Rakdos' Return. You just need to land the things you care about and remove your opponents options. Iona on Blue will probably win the game outright against most mono-blue decks.
