In my experience, Simic is a blast to play in Commander, and this deck is no exception. It's always exciting to find a new interaction resulting in a huge creature and a hand full of cards. No Experiment Kraj? I understand he's a bit expensive, but shenanigans with him, Gilder bairn, and virtually any activated ability (even his) work beautifully. Plus with cards like Arcanis, Morphling, hell even fertilid, he should be able to find a use. Plus he can steal opponents abilities (once won a game by copying Rhys to clone terastodon tokens. He can be such a mean card)

This deck is built around Zegana's strengths: growing +1/+1 counters and drawing cards. It features a number of cards that can grow on their own (Scute Mob, Lorescale Coatl, Primordial Hydra), sling counters around (Master Biomancer, Forgotten Ancient, Strength of the Tajuru), or proliferate. And of course Doubling Season is doing some heavy lifting.
