I intend for the deck to be as competitive as possible in a multiplayer format, as my meta is generally fairly cutthroat. For the most part, budget is not a problem except for some extreme examples (ex: the deck would love Imperial Seal and Bazaar of Baghdad, but that's just a little bit more than I'm willing to spend right now)
The list is below. As said before, I've just finished brewing this and putting it together, so it is a very rough list and I am definitely interested in any feedback any of you may have. If you would like me to elaborate on any of the card choices I made, please just ask.
If this is for a truly cutthroat environment I'd suggest you scrap it. You're deck is not focused enough to beat out ramp decks and too slow to beat control decks.
The lack of focus is how fragile your win conditions are. You're going for the big and splashy which will never consistently win. Two card combos like Squirrel Nest/Earthcraft and Kiki/x should be your goal. Also, never play Worldgorger if any of your opponents are playing white and know you're playing Worldgorger. One Sword or Path in hand and you're done.
By too slow I mean sure you will occasionally blow your early game and drop an awesome fatty which would have a cool ability but will not immediately win. Unfortunately said creature should immediately be exchanged for a Gilded Drake.

Hi TestMonkey, and thanks for your feedback. Where do you think the deck lacks focus? The goal is an early Jin-Gitaxias, which this deck can achieve usually at the latest by turn 3. From there, regardless of if it is stolen, as long as its draw seven ability resolves, I usually either have enough cards to combo next turn. Going the other route, if a starting hard permits it, I can go straight for the Worldgorger combo and use it starting by turn 3-5. This may seem slower, but as this is a multiplayer game, I usually have enough time to get set up; perhaps my meta is not as cutthroat as I made it out to be. My small suite of permission also helps greatly towards these goals.
Also, never play Worldgorger if any of your opponents are playing white and know you're playing Worldgorger. One Sword or Path in hand and you're done.
This statement in particular puzzled me. Why should I be so scared of Sword or Path? Sure, it stops the combo, but I do have other ways of winning (and indeed of comboing).
Swords to Plowshares on Worldgorger Dragon with the Comes Into Play ability on the stack. So when the Dragon was hit with Swords, the Leaves Play ability would trigger and return nothing, then the Comes Into Play ability would trigger and completely wipe your board.

Indeed, that is definitely a risk, but the same is true with any instant speed removal. Caution needs to be exercised when I attempt to combo that way: either I should be playing around such removal, or I should have counter spell or misdirection backup.
Personally I think if your goal is to reanimate quickly and effectively in a blue black shell add green and use Mimeoplasm. He has a built in reanimate with bonus, whereas scion is just there for colours

The basic plans of the deck are to reanimate a fatty as soon as possible (many times Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur), and it also has access to several infinite mana combos: the quickest being Worldgorger and Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead/Necromancy.
