New deck I'm thinking about putting together since B is the only color not represented in any of my decks. And I've always wanted to run the Omniscience + Enter the Infinite combo with reliable ways of searching them out.
Never been a fan of mill, especially in EDH, since running into an Eldrazi makes all your work go to waste. But this deck doesn't really care about that since I've added other win conditions.
How is Omniscience with Enter the Infinite a win-con? Do you have another combo inside your entire deck that if you drew all the cards you would win with it? Does it also need the infinite mana combo to work?
All the win-conditions included in his post can go off the moment Enter the Infinite resolves while Omniscience is active, so it's more like a stepping stone into the other win-cons.
Also, if you have one, I'd include Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. If nothing else, it makes Wrexial unblockable and provides some color-fixing.

Like Terminus said, EtI + Omniscience basically gives me access to my entire deck for free and to all my other combo pieces. Infinite mana isn't completely necessary, but it's just nice to have and easy to assemble.

Don't have an Urborg unfortunately. Wish I did though. Then I'd probably run more shenanigans with Coffers, Deserted Temple, Thespian's Stage, and Vesuva.
Nothing screams EDH like winning with a combo that has a CMC of 22. I am thinking of doing this in BUG or RUG and just dropping down a whole bunch of infinite combos and killing each player with a seprate combo for LULZ. A casual combo deck that kills the table..... Sounds right up my ally.
What about running show and tell to sneak Omni in. With all the toutors it should'nt be that hard to put togeather. Also Nim death mantel + Palincron plus any sac outlet = infinite mana. I like to run more than one mana engine in decks like this in case a peice gets rfgd. I have seen a lot of Lazav builds and this is one of my favs.

Show and Tell is expensive. I have a pretty liberal budget when it comes to building, but not that much LOL. Never knew about Pally + Deathmantle. If I were to include more infinite mana combos, I'd want to shy away from any involving Pally since he's the piece most likely to get removed.

Show and tell is pricy I will grant you that and it isn't at all necessary just would be funny to turn 3 Omni.
Great Whale Dose a good job as a replacement Pal with both DEN and the nim deathmantle loop. I run both of them in my Damia Deck. (That is not mill dedicated but will win with a clunky infinite mill loop) While GW is not as good as Pal its still a big creature for free. I’m never unhappy to see GW even with out the combo Also Grave Titan, or Any creature that brings more than one token into play + ashnonds alter makes infinite colorless mana + Altar of Dementia = mill the table or + Phyrexian Altar to make infinite manna of any color.
I would also seriously consider running Leyline of the Void for Eldrazi. I know you want cards to hit the yard but once you set up an infinite mill loop telling the table you can tutor up LOTV will usually result in a mass scoop. And wipes the smug look of peoples faces who are playing Eldrazi FTW. Also at my LGS I see enough Eldrazi to make it an auto include

I know you said you were not a big fan of mill, but going by this statement you made that I'm quoting, I just want to make sure you realize one of the unique things about Lazav with regards to those big nasty Eldrazi in peoples decks.
If Lazav is on the field and you mill an Eldrazi, yes, they still get to shuffle back up, but guess what? Lazav does not care. He still becomes a copy of that Eldrazi, because the Eldrazi HAS to hit the graveyard for its shuffle effect to go off. It is NOT a replacement effect, unlike the brother Collosi, who are replacement effects. It's all about IF or WHEN in the card text.
So yeah, I've killed many of my friends decks by curving into a turn 4 lazav, than a turn five traumatize hitting an Eldrazi and swinging for obscene, hexproof, annihilating general damage on turn five.
Im currently testing Despise amd Distress in my Lazav deck. I figured it kinda works as pseudo-spot removal on someones hand. Ofcourse Id want to hit someone's hand with a fatty in it, but worse case, I make them pitch a combo piece and I get applause from the table for letting the game continue. I might try Head Games too since this would help with the Despise targets and its kinda in Dimir's Flavor to do something like this lol.
