I'm getting back into EDH and I thought I'd ask for your opinions on my list before I put it together. The list features plenty of untap effects for Tariel and Stax effects that I can dump my reanimated creatures into.
The rest is mostly protection for Tariel (2 cards +tutors), Card Draw (4 cards), or Mana Ramping (13 cards). I'm a little concerned with the land count and would like to hear your opinions on that. Other cards that I thought about including were Insurrection (I thought I might keep everyone's board to empty for it to be good), Molten Primordial (I can feed stolen creatures to sac outlets), Visara the Dreadful, Expedition Map, and an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth/Cabal Coffers package. Yawgmoth's Will could be good for recurring broken artifacts, but I can already do that (albeit more slowly) with Reito Lantern effects and tutors. Moat would be very good but is too expensive for me right now.
Lastly, I didn't include cards like Armageddon or Ravages of War because my playgroup has house rules that ban mass land-destruction.
Please let me know what you think, or if I've left out anything obvious. Thanks!
This looks like a pretty good list. I'll name some things I like doing with Tariel; may or may not suit your style.
I don't run a LOT of mill in Tariel, since wrath and spot removal fill graveyards while also removing threats, but Mindcrank and Mesmeric Orb are affordable and do a lot of work.
A common game-winner for me is casting Razia's Purification, leaving behind Tariel, Elixir/Bracers and optimally a double-land.

I like Mindcrank and Geth. Do you have any suggestions for what I might cut from the existing list?
Also, do you prefer Hide // Seek over Orim's Thunder?

Some stuff I don't particularly like
-- Luminate Primordial exiles creatures rather than sending them to the graveyard (for that matter, maybe Afterlife or Neck Snap > StP?);
-- I don't see Brion doing all that much work in this deck;
-- I think Warstorm Surge needs to REALLY be abused before it becomes worth the 6 mana;
-- I think you'll get untappers/ability copiers out enough that you can safely cut Umbral Mantle. Englightened Tutor grabs anything, Stonehewer & Godo grab Bracers.
Also, do you prefer Hide // Seek over Orim's Thunder?
Ho yeah. Hide beats Indestructibility and Seek fishes that Mind Over Matter out of Azami decks or, on defense, reanimator-hosers that will f--- you over.
And speaking of beating Indestructible, I usually run Return to Dust with Sunforger as well.
Here are some more questions: This deck doesn't play Path to Exile, is it too good not to include? It's awkward in this deck, as i can't reanimate whatever I choose to exile.
The land count is a little low - we could artificially boost the land count by adding the original Karoo lands. We'd probably have to cut basics to make them fit, though.

The deck features cards with good tapping activated abilities like Adarkar Valkyrie, Avatar of Woe, and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker that can take advantage of the untap or ability doubling effects like Aurelia, the Warleader, Thornbite Staff, Thousand-Year Elixir, or Illusionist's Bracers. Even Maze of Ith can get in on the action.
Junktroller and Reito Lantern are good at keeping opponents' graveyards clean. I thought about Stonecloaker over Junktroller, but picked the latter because it refreshes Sunforger targets (see below).
It also has a small Sunforger toolbox consisting of Swords to Plowshares, Hide // Seek, Enlightened Tutor, Oblation, Terminate, and Wild Ricochet. I can refresh the toolbox with Mistveil Plains, Junktroller and Reito Lantern. Eternal Dragon helps to find the Mistveil Plains. I'm not sure if it would be worth it, but I could add a fog effect like Safe Passage or Master Warcraft. Adding Scroll Rack could be useful for putting away Sunforger parts that I draw, in addition to hand manipulation in general.
I've got Stax-effects including Smokestack, Braids, Cabal Minion and World Queller to feed my creatures too. Assemble the Legion and Reassembling Skeleton are for feeding the Stax but also combo well with Skullclamp. The deck also has cards to make the Stax better, including Martyr's Bond, Butcher of Malakir, Vicious Shadows, and It that Betrays. I'm interested in getting The Abyss after I can find one to trade for.

I like Hide // Seek for WBR Sunforger packages.
Any reason you're not running Geth, Lord of the Vault?
Also, Graven Cairns is typo'd.

you don't seem to be running many zombies, i would cut it.
and i would try out increasing vengeance, it's great even in non spellsing.
Thanks Argentleman;)

MAKING (Onmath, Numot, maybe something in Esper)
It functions as a third Phyrexian Arena after Bloodgift Demon even without other zombies. I wouldn't.

Would Chaos Warp be better than Oblation?
