Obviously this will never be a top tier deck. That's just fine. This list needs to be fleshed out a bit. Needs more creatures, more EDH-quality effects. I figure man-lands are a good idea because they're kind of like free creatures... right?
With nearly everything being free, I should be able to empty my hand right before a draw-7. Gotta do something to make up for all the card disadvantage and, well, janky cards.
My only thought is that you don't have my approval (a very important necessity) to play this deck unless you get your general to be altered as Mel Gibson from Braveheart. Then and ONLY then may you play this deck.
I have decreed it.

DCI Level 1 Judge-
Thanks to Heroes of the Plane for the awesome Sig.
I thought this was going to be a braveheart themed deck. Perhaps some storm win conditions and Ad Nasueam could be added? (Excuse this posts poor formatting, on my phone.)
Dracilic: Your decree seems sensible to me. I will abide by it.
XeroxedFool: I don't think Ad Nauseam is right here. Sure, most of the spells are free, but many of their CMC's are large. I guess it depends on how the rest of the list looks. Regarding storm, Empty the Warrens for a dozen goblins seems worthwhile and reasonably likely. The only other card that looks worth it for a storm count of 3-5 is Hunting Pack. Maybe Mind's Desire, too. These options are both a little spendy, but again it depends on how the rest of the deck fills out. I'm thinking this deck will be fairly light on lands, though.

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.
You're going to be exiling a lot of cards, and probably gonna want them back at some point so you can toss them again. Riftsweeper and Pull from Eternity may be worthwhile.
I know that the mana cost his high, but Time Spiral is probably worth considering, since it's technically "free" and gets all your stuff back from your graveyard. Basically another Timetwister for you.
But just thinking about how the deck is gonna play, you're probably going to run out of cards in hand real quick. The more "draw 7" effects you have, the better.

Time Spiral: Yay. Drawing cards is awesome. I suppose Whispering Madness and Memory Jar are pretty good, too.
