Simply awesome! I am doing a similar build to yours but I am utilizing countermagic with cantrips, as well as a lot of cantrippy cards such as Into the Roil, Dream Fracture, Slice in Twain, and cards that replace themselves like Fierce Empath. Of course, I am using Maro cards, but may I suggest Soramaro, First to Dream? Sure it's a Sturmgeist for one more mana, but it can potentially buff itself by 2 each activation.
For your list, you really are on the right track, but I want to suggest keeping the pressure on your opponents by packing a little more countermagic and instant-answers.
Suggestions to Cut:
Sages of the Anima - I tried this card in my 55 creature Animar deck. I still don't like it all that much, as it can potentially screw you over of important draws.
Stampeding Serow - Great in a Momir Vig deck, but I;m not sure about this deck. Yes drawing more cards with Zegana bounce is great, but there are more efficient ways like the Closet.
[CARD]
Bone to Ash[/CARD]/Shatter Arc are pricy, but they cantrip. Enter the Infinite with any of the Maro-creatures is a potential instant winner, provided that you pack Rancor for connecting, and Pact of Negation for insurance.
Okay, I just played a match with my deck and I managed to get a good idea of what it can do.
Some interesting points:
Azusa is a big target: in the game, the monoblack deck made it a point to steal her with Coffin Queen. I decided to drop her in favor of more removal and counter options, namely Mystic Snake.
Other than that, though, the deck runs smoothly and is a hoot to play. Getting hit by a Kederekt Leviathan reanimated by my opponents actually works in my favor, since I can do everything I want to do again.
And this is the result.

The point of the deck is to get things like Deadeye Navigator, Nulltread Gargantuan and Conjurer's Closet into play to bounce and flicker not only Zegana, but cool stuff like Eternal Witness, Sphinx of Uthuun, Wistful Selkie and Thragtusk for fun and profit. With all the cards getting drawn, Sturmgeist, Overbeing of Myth and their ilk can grow big and fat, which feeds Zegana, which feeds the Overbeing and Geist and so forth and so on.

Sphinx of Lost Truth - Eh.
Changling Titan - I can see it working for this deck on paper, but can it really pull enough weight to warrant a slot?
What to Add:
Mystic Snake is great with your bounce, as well as Crystal Shard to grant another method of bounce.
Cyclonic Rift/Evacuation is another way to answer a threatening board.
