Deckstats has you at 91 cards. You need to add not cut.
I have had great success running Elvish Archdruid as mana ramp. The fact that he scales with Rhys is amazing. You could also consider Oracle of Mul Daya. Mana Reflection is also a must IMO. I know you will have to sell your first born for it but if you can get your hands on Gaea's Cradle I can't recommend it enough. I will argue this is the most important land card Rhys can run. Easily top 5 card in the deck. Really anything that scales with your tokens is amazing. The fact that it doubles with Mana Reflection is gravy.
You also have only 31 lands. That in itself will make your deck terrible no matter how much great stuff is in there. I would run another 6-7 personally. Also, 49% of your coloured requirement is white yet only 38% of your mana base can produce white. I feel you have too many colourless producing utility lands. I would cut Kjeldoran Outpost. It is tempo loss and too slow for Rhys. Some may disagree with this one though. If you want a land that produces tokens I would run Squirrel's Nest. It also goes infinity with Earthcraft. You run Dryad Arbor but no Green Sun's Zenith. GSZ allows you in a pinch to tutor up Dryad Arbor. This has saved me many times. I would also recommend cutting Homeward Path. While a good card I'm not sure you can afford this many colourless lands. Especially when I think you should add one more. Wirewood lodge speaks for itself. This land wins games.
Wurmcalling is too janky and slow. It is a dead card until you have a crap load of mana. By the time you have crap loads of mana you should be doing a lot more than putting a vanilla beater into play. Heck I almost don't run the card in my tribal Wurm deck. It just isn't EDH playable IMO.
I would also personally lose some of your less efficient token generators. Rhys does an amazing job of making enough tokens on it's own. Ant Queen is potentially better token production that almost anything. I would add her in. Also consider Luminarch Ascension. This card played early games against slow decks with little removal will win the game by itself. Sacred Mesa is preferable to many of your token generation. Basiscally you should have a stupid amount of Mana to play Rhys properly. Without Rhys you want something else to sink that mana into. If I can't produce 15+ mana at least once a game something is wrong.
If you would like some more advice I'll see what I can do. I recommend reading the primer fully. Finally, I noticed you have Asceticism twice. So really you need 10 more cards.
So maybe adding three forests, three plains, Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Seek the Horizon, and Gilded Lotus will bring you up ten cards to 100. While I agree with ChefStiX about some of your lands maybe not being the strongest, I like the spirit of Commander in that this is your time to play crazy cards and see if you can manage some combos off of them. Try filling out your deck with the suggestions given thus far and play a few times and see how it plays. That's the best judge of how it's faring.

Made a bunch of changes. i reazlied the deck I posted wasnt current. I updated it plus added the cards you recommended. What do you think I should be removing though? It is now at 116 cards.
As for cuts I would say either Akroma's memorial or Eldrazi Monument. 1 is enough IMO. Also, Wayfearing Temple doesn't seem adequte enough. Again IMO.

I would lose all the planeswalkers to be honest. They aren't great at buff or token production IMO. Kinda just paint a big target on you that says "attack me". If you are looking for token production you should have enough in the list already. If you want help with buff consider running Triumph of the Hordes. This card can hand you a win/kill out of nowhere. I have killed 3 players at once with it before.
Essence of the Wild is very meh as well. It also hoses your own ETB effects such as Craterhoof.
Nomad's Assembly seems too situational for me as well. I have never played it though. I just feel like it will be a dead card too often.
Also consider cutting Soul Foundry and Entreat the Angels. These aren't very efficient token production IMO. You deck should be geared to numbers rather than quality of tokens.
I'm sure there are a few more ones that could use a cut I just missed as well. Just keep in mind that these are all suggestions. I'm not looking to craft your deck for you. If you love a card I suggested to cut please don't. I'm just trying to share my experience on how to best go about piloting Rhys.

I agree with everything here except the Glare of Subdual. In a token deck it shuts down decks hard. Also, no Aura Shards? This card makes eyes pop when it hits. Finally, I really like Requiem Angel. Its boss after dropping a Mycloth devouring 10+ tokens

Thanks so much for the tips guys! I never really made a token themed deck before, and it was tough trying to balance all the different facets whilst remaining somewhat competitive in multiplayer.
Thanks!
UPDATE: I havent had time yet to transfer to this site, but if anyone can help that would be great! 10 card need to go!

- if you're sitting at 90 cards (as ChefStiX counted) you should add two or three more each of forests and plains.
- Priest of Titania is a great card, and only moderately expensive. Ditto Elvish Archdruid. Seek the Horizon is another good ramping card if mana is still a problem.
So maybe adding three forests, three plains, Priest of Titania, Elvish Archdruid, Seek the Horizon, and Gilded Lotus will bring you up ten cards to 100. Essence of the Wild is very meh as well. It also hoses your own ETB effects such as Craterhoof.
Geist-Honored Monk is very winmore. If you have enough tokens for it to do anything decent you shouldn't need him in the first place. Same applies to Wayfaring Temple, Epic Stugle
Don't really like Death's Presence either.
To help reduce numbers I would also cut Champion of Lambholt, Asceticism, Glare of Subdual, Contagion Engine, Eldrazi Monument and Akroma's Memorial. I have tried running all of these except for the Champion and Contagion Engine. I don't even consider them playable. The rest didn't really make the grade for me after a trial.
