So after working with multiple competitive decks (see my No Shame At All stuff), I wanted to begin work on a "shut down" deck whose primary purpose is to stop the competitive combo decks that make up my local meta. This is very much a first draft of the deck and I am looking for any suggestions as to how to improve the deck.
After the combo decks are relatively slowed down, the win conditions of this deck is the Reveillark(Karmic Guide/Saffi Eriksdotter)+Mirror Entity combo as well as the Squirrel Nest+Earthcraft combo.

Jester's cap will cause quite a few combo decks to fold or switch to some form of plan B.
If I use Jester's Cap on my friend's jund combo deck and hit Black Mikeaus, Melira and Nim Deathmantle he has to switch to an aggro role which is much easier to keep in check.
I know you have stony silence but still.

Whoever told you to put in Jester's Cap is my hero. I know this card might not look like much, but believe me when I tell you that if your goal is to shut down combo decks, nothing does it more simply and securely than the cap.
Using the cap effectively means you need to know your opponents' decks like the back of your hand, though. If your opponents are using decks you're unfamiliar with, you might consider sideboarding it out.
Also consider either supplementing or replacing Stony Silence with its colorless precursor Null Rod.

From what I can tell (in the groups I have played with) there is more artifact removal than enchantment removal. This may not be true everywhere but that would give an advantage to Stony Silence.

@Comicalflop
While I definitely need to play test this deck before I can say this for certain, but the logic I am using behind these cards is that Teeg will not be on the battlefield all of the time. Due to spot control or wrath effects, he will eventually die and I will need to stablize my board position (especially if he falls to spot control). These wrath effects cards should allow me to equalize the board while I get Teeg back onto the board and focus on not being killed by combat damage. On the other hand Humility universally shuts down everything (even me) and I am still on the fence about this card.
As far as Suppression Field is concerned, it will definitely make its way into the deck at some point. The other cards I will have to think about them. Right now I am going to start play testing this deck, but my next deck list will likely include Suppression Field, Loxodon Gatekeeper, and Lapse of Certainty

I think Blind Obedience should probably find it's way in as well. It's good to deter hasters and enable a hit or two, as well as slowing down mana rocks. Since your curve is pretty low you should be able to get some extorts out of it pretty easily as well.

I like the deck, but at the same time I think you have some questionable choices. Examples: Crackdown seems to narrow to me. If you want this effect, Meekstone is just better. So what if some of your creatures don't untap? You're a combo deck after all. Also, add in Ensnaring Bridge for more aggro hate.
Suppression Field - Linvala, Keeper of Truth just does this better. Redundency is fine, but I would rather run a few silver bullet answers and more tutors (Altar of Bone?) so you are always getting what you need rather than a hand full of hate that may not even be relevant.
I think if you're going Gaddock Teeg, go Gaddock Teeg. Cut all non-creatures that cost > 3, unless they are super powerful like Mirari's Wake. Opt for creature replacements for spells. False Prophet > Wrath of God, for example.
Have a clear game plan. Which should be, getting Teeg down and protecting him. That right there shuts down most combo decks without even really trying. You don't need narrow combo hate like Silence. In that vein I'd add in Sylvan Safekeeper and add back in Dauntless Escort. The escort can even be recurred with...
Sun Titan. Where in the name of all that is holy is this card!? It recurs almost everything relevant in your deck and it's another infinite combo with Saffi Eriksdotter. For shame!
I would for sure add back in Earthcraft and Squirrel Nest as another Plan B combo. But also, they're good on their own. The Nest can provide chump blockers and Aura Shards triggers, Earthcraft can help you dodge the effects of Hokori and Winter Orb. Also, add Winter Orb.
I like Jester's Cap and all, but it only effects one player and unless it's absolutely necessary, I would avoid too many artifacts with activations because of Stony Silence and another card you should add, Null Rod.

Nice changes! Although I would maybe still to find room for Academy Rector. It's just that good, and can tutor out things at instant speed.
Combo player about to go off? Rule of Law.
It tutors both pieces of the SquirrelCraft combo.
You say it has no game changing enchantments but something like Survival of the Fittest is pretty insane in your deck, tutors and pitches Karmic Guide and tutors Reveillark.
It can also tutor the super powerful Mirari's Wake under a Teeg if you choose to run that.
If Elesh Norn is played a lot in your meta, I lead heavily towards yes. (You can have 1 or 2 things > 3 CMC, especially if there's a way to get them into play anyway)
I also can't say enough good things about Sylvan Safekeeper, give it a try.

@melkor7
No it isnt.
"With the release of Gatecrash, we'd like to clarify our stance on Extort by confirming that, as always, reminder text has no effect on color identity. Extort adds no colored mana symbols to a card outside of its reminder text, and therefore is legal for play in Commander decks of any color or colors (as long as the card it appears on is otherwise legal, of course). There will be no updates to the rules in the foreseeable future that affect how Extort works in Commander."

@D3ad 2 R1ght5 Glacial Chasm is a card that ive been experimenting with. The primary idea is to use Crop Rotation to have an "instant speed" solution to infinite combos that involve combat damage (The Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker/Zealous Conscripts is big in my meta right now). While this card is definitely still going through testing, it has "dream-crushed" opponents who were positive they have had the win on a few occasions.
