History of the Deck
So I wanted an artifact-based commander deck. Well That leaves all kinds of possibilities for ways to build the deck since artifacts can be used in any deck. I had played with Glissa, The Traitor in a standard deck as a recursion engine and really liked what she brought to the table. Flipping through my box of cards to see what I had for the deck, I saw Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas and thought he would also be a perfect fit for the deck. So I had a conundrum, do I run BG and use Glissa as the commander or do I switch to UB to use Tezzeret. After looking at options I decided: why not use both? I picked up a copy of Damia Sage of Stone and the basic foundation of the deck was set. Since I already had the three swords from the scars block, I decided to pick up the Mirrodin block swords. This decision led to the deck having a very aggro flair while also retaining the ability to do work later in the game.
What is BUG-ifacts about?
BUG-ifacts at its core is about taking the best and strongest artifacts in the game and mixing them in with the three strongest colors Black, Blue, and Green for added power. The deck is mainly about brute strength, flooding the field with artifacts and equipment and beating the opponents to the ground with all the synergy. If an aggro strategy fails, the deck has tools to ensure it is strong and resilient far into the the middle and late portion of the game as well.
What options are there in BUG colors for a commander?
In BUG colors there are three options for a commander: Vorosh, the Hunter, The Mimeoplasm and Damia Sage of Stone. The The Mimeoplasm is a build-around-me graveyard general and just doesn't work well with what the deck wants to do. That leaves Vorosh, the Hunter and Damia, Sage of Stone as possible options. Both commanders serve the deck well, but in slightly different fashions. Vorosh, the Hunter leads to a voltron style of play that wants to get Vorosh in play with haste, add equipment and beat. For duals, Vorosh is a slightly superior commander, being able to get out best case kills one turn faster than Damia, Sage of Stone. Where Damia, Sage of Stone starts to shine is in long multiplayer games. She is a continual source of card advantage and the ability to draw up to seven cards per turn can be debilitating to the opponents if she stays online even a few turns. For a multiplayer deck (and this is the multiplayer forum) Damia, Sage of Stone is just the superior commander by a long shot.
Early Game Stratregy
There are 37 possible options in this deck that have a 3 mana cost or less. That's 56% of the deck that can come down very quickly. In this 37 cards, there are eight mana rocks that allow the deck to get a large mana base in the first few turns. Many of the creatures in the deck are very small, a few even 1/1 like Memnite. This gives the ability to get a creature with a sword online in the first few turns and helps raise the overall artifact count as flood the field our small artifacts like we're playing Edric, Spymaster of Trest.
Mid Game Stratregy
After a constant barrage of artifacts, the hand is likely depleted. This is a good opportunity to get Damia, Sage of Stones online to fuel more artifact insanity. This is also a good time to starting getting out the planeswalkers and working on loyalty. Tezzeret, the Seeker is great to get out to untap any mana rock effectively letting us use them twice and generalt a ton of mana.
Late Game Stratregy
Here is when we get the mana to start throwing around the big guns.
I generaly have no problems with lands, especially if I partial mull. Most of the cards are very cheap and the expensive stuff has ways to cheat it in.
Usually boundless realms gets a full haul of lands, ut it has missed out a time or two. I will be looking at the mana base soon and may swap in more basics. I have the Lorywn/Shadowmoor filterlands on order for the deck.
Two of the three filter lands came in for the deck. I tool out Golgari Rot Farm and Simic Growth Chamber out for them. Academy Ruins is on my shopping list. I also took out Cathedral of War for Flooded Grove.

I like this change. Cathedral didn't really do much for you. How is broodstar doing for you? It seems weak.
Are Chromescale Drake and Broodstar worth thier high costs and not being artifacts? I wonder if you would be better off adding cheaper artifacts in these slots. I'd look at something like maybe Myr Retriever for recursion or Arcbound Overseer as a lord for the modular guys you have. If you wish to push the modular theme, Arcbound Ravager is a card you should also look into.
Why Life's Finale over Damnation? It costs 2 more mana and you have no way to abuse cards put into the graveyard.
Voidslime should be a strict upgrade to Undermine is you want to run a counter. Additionally, Maelstrom Pulse is likely one of the best pieces of removal this deck can run.
Damnation will replace Life's Finale whenever I'm able to cough up the $20+ for it. Arcbound Ravager is on my shopping list. I usually don't have problems getting Chromescale Drake or Broodstar out because of affinity. I need tutors as soon as I actually think to buy/order them. Voidslime and Maelstrom Pulse will probably go in addition to Undermine for more removal. I'm not sure what to take out for them, though

Those two myrs look like good options to take out for Voidslime and Arcbound Ravager once I actually get them. Garruk Relentless is in there mainly just because I had a copy laying around. I haven't had a chance to play it yet. If it doesn't accomplish anything in the deck it will come out. Are there any other suggestions out there?
Somewhat of a left field idea, but with the modular guys Doubling season would be very strong, especially if you had some engine to recur them. Umezawa's Jitte seems like it wants to be here with this assortment of artifacts and equipment and would also go silly with doubling season.
By dropping two more basic lands, I will suggest you remove Boundless Realms in favor of some other form of ramp. 7 basics is getting quite low for a card that needs lots of basics.
I see an amazing amount of Synergy in this deck.. Nevinyrral's Disk + Darksteel Forge makes me giggle.
Looks like a lot of fun to play.
The deck is amazingly fun to play and wins a good number of games it plays. I'm surprised no one else has tried a similar deck that I have seen.
The deck is designed to be a ball or synergy that takes of like a cannon and is resilient into the late game. Nevinyrral's Disk plus Darksteel Forge is quite fun when all your guys are artifacts. Its a one-sided Jokulhaups when Mycosynth Lattice is also out.
I did remove Boundless Realms as I just didn't have enough basics left. Quite honestly I didn't need it most games anyways. I believe I swapped it for a cheap artifact creature. I'll have to check my decklist later.
Any ideas on what to remove to add in Trading Post?

How about Garruk Relentless for Trading Post? He really doesn't help move among your artifact strategy all to much and his abilities aren't too synergystic with the rest of your deck.
With all the swords and other ways to buff artifact creatures, have you thought about Inkmoth Nexus as another possible win condition? With the new Thespian's Stage you could copy inkmoth's nexus and go for those crazy poison kills. Speaking of lands, Eye of Ugin can fetch any of your colorless creatures.
Braingeyser lets you draw one additional card over Blue Sun's Zenth at the cost of instant speed. Since you are taping out most turns, this looks like a decent swap.
So i was looking over my deck and kinda thought to myself "wounder what he likes to win the most with and what he ends up winning with the most" Soo....
What do you end up winning the most with and what do you prefer to win with when you can?
Have you found memnite to be of any use to you? It seems, shall be say, subpar if you can't keep your general on the field.
Also, is the exclusion of mana crypt simply due to budget, or do you not like it?
I for one really like this deck. The two things i like in magic the most are BUG, and artifacts. Ive been waiting for a long time to see such a thing. But dont you think you could swap out one of the smaller creatures for something like Inkwell Leviathan? You do have a transmuter to cheat things in like that. for instance a Myr Battlesphere into a inkwell? Then replay myr battlesphere

Why Increasing Ambition over Demonic Tutor, Fabricate or even Diabolic Tutor. I'd probably look to slot atleast the first two into the deck.

If Silver Myr and Leaden Myr aren't doing a who lot for you in the mana department, one could go for Arcbound Ravager maybe drop the other for Voidsline? How has Garruk Relentless been? It doesn't directly synergize with the deck.
