This deck, a mono-blue Aggro Tribal Voltron variant, takes advantage of Mistform Ultimus' multiple personalities by using various "Lords" and "Swords", making him one of the strongest vanilla commanders in the format.
"Lords" - refers to creatures that give certain bonuses (+1/+1, flying, hexproof, etc.) to other creatures of a specific tribe. Fortunately, blue has its share of awesome lords (Merfolk, Illusion, Fairies, Slivers). Call upon the many tribes to great advantage!
"Swords" - refers to equipment artifacts that give certain bonuses when "equipped" to a creature you control. The term "Swords" is based on the card Sword of Fire and Ice and its brothers, which the deck has. Assemble the Ultimus with these artifacts of power!
The deck plays like a Fish deck. You drop early creatures and and equipments and attach with each other to do some early damage and advantage. Once mana and protection is enough, drop Ultimus Prime, combine and conquer!
You might be asking yourself: "Why only 33 lands?". If you notice the CMC curve of my spells, 80% of them fall under the 2-3CMC range, which makes a 3 land play pretty decent. To compensate for the lack of lands, mana rocks are available for the mid to late game where you need to combine stuff with Mistform Ultimus
