Well i finally made my first commander deck and getting a few new cards in soon and wanted to know thoughts and what you would change. One card i need to fit in is the damnation i have coming in soon but here is the list i have built atm.
I never liked magus because i can search out coffers just as easy as magus but way too vunerable to all of the creature removal in edh. marsh i do agree is really bad it was just a non-basic i had laying around. And i had both fleshbag marauder and reaper ordered but only one came in D:
I've never cared much for the single-target discard spells (Duress, Distress, hymn to Tourach) in multiplayer EDH. Your metagame may necessitate their use, but these slots could also serve as a possible place for your Damnation you mentioned.
I'd also recommend trying to fit in a few pieces of graveyard hate. I realize that you're going to be using Chainer to reanimate from everyone's 'yard, but you can't use his ability ad-infinitum. Sometimes you just need to remove some threats that your opponents are trying to bring against you.

I'd recommend that you look at jmdt's Chainer list...his thread was an excellent resource when I built my Chainer list, and they cover a lot of things I never would have thought of.
Puppeteer Clique also combo's with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and a sac-outlet like Ashnod's Altar. It comes out of nowhere and usually wins the game on the spot. (Also generates infinite mana for Exsanguinate and such)
Even with all of black's tutor cards, the odds of you getting to assemble these three pieces are not high. P-Clique is decent, but your commander already does the same thing. Mikaeus is only good if you focus on reanimating your own creatures - the undying mechanic will give your opponents' creatures back to them when you're done with them.
Free sac outlets like the Altar are ultra-important to this deck, not just to make sure that you can put your reanimated creatures back into the graveyard when someone tries to kill Chainer (and they will, often), but also to re-use dead creatures with Chainer. For example, Altar + Fleshbag can take a lot of creatures off the table, which gives Chainer more guys to play with.
Lim-Dul is right - you have too many 1-for-1 cards that don't belong in a multi-player format like this one. Keep in mind that you are likely to face several opponents (each with 40 life instead of the usual 20).

You absolutely want both, as this kind of effect is going to be your primary source of removal.

One last thing: get yourself some more life-gain. Chainer takes full advantage of your life total as an additional resource. If you can't afford things like Batterskull or Wurmcoil Engine, get a Loxodon Warhammer or a Basilisk Collar. Blood Artist, Falkenrath Noble, and Sangromancer are all-stars in this deck, because lots of creatures die all the time.
