The way I see it, when you choose Savra as your general, your basically saying that Grave Pact is my general. So think of all the ways you would abuse Grave Pact and kind of work that into your deck. So, you generally want to be sacrificing black creatures to keep the board clear. You can sacrifice green creatures for a small life boost, or you can mass sacrifice utility creatures to gain lots of value, like Massacre Wurm. Your deck should be an engine deck, that can also function off the general.
Corpse Dance is a great card.
Bloodhusk Ritual says target opponent, Liliana's Specter has the same CMC, can be recurred for a discard effect, and affects all opponents.
In my opinion, you could also use more spot removal and graveyard hate. These are suprisingly useful and I find that many people skimp out on graveyard and spot removal to use redundant effects. I suggest taking out alot of the creatures that are redundant with cards that have an immediate impact on the board state (like Bone Shredder) or straight up run Doom Blade.
A few of your cards, such as Weatherseed Treefolk, seem a little janky. I would add Life from the Loam to go with your Worm Harvest (Azusa + Crucible/Life from the Loam + Strip Mine makes me happy). Another thing that might help is if you add a Skullclamp. You could also use some more "utility" creatures. Big Game Hunter is perfect, along with Acidic Slime.

Yeah, that's why I have Army of the Damned and Grave Titan etc in the deck.

That is true, but at the same time, Ritualist can wreck someone's entire hand, while Specter only hits a card from each player. In your favor though, Ritualist doing that would take a hell of a lot of black mana. Hmm. Just might make that change.

I s'pose. Although I'm not really following what you're saying in the second half. Either it's your wording, or I'm derping. Take out Bone Shredder type creatures?

But but but it's a tree that's really hard to kill, lol. I refer you and everyone back to my first sentence in this post. Life Loam should probably go in. I understand clamp is a great card, but I'm one of those flavor nuts that likes decks to make sense. And for me, a futuristic mechanical brain clamping machine doesn't really jive with Elves, or whatever, ya know? /shrug. I'll think on it at least.
Fair enough on greeter and lord, but for the greeter I was kinda thinking "my curve already doesn't start until like 4, let's get some low costing ---- in there." lol. Wurm though, seems pretty decent for an uncommon. 7 mana 7/7 trampler is perfectly efficient, gains me life to fuel Savra, and if I need to sac him, he replaces himself. Seems decent to me.
If you want to gain life isnt saccing a green creature token easier? I'm thinking Awakening Zone and Ant Queen.
Fair enough. I wasn't thinking green tokens so much, I'll admit. Zone should definitely go in. Quite possibly on Queen.
You should definitely be running Skullclamp since you have the ghast and the skeleton. Also, another great card that goes amazing with the two, or any of your token producers is Perilous Forays.
I think you should probably cut the caretaker for Coffin Queen. She costs one less and you can use her anytime and steal creatures from ANY yard.
Doomgape seems worse than pelakka wurm honestly.
Think about Grim Backwoods. Extra card draw never hurts. I mostly have it in my decks just for those instances when I have nothing better to do. Could cut expanse or evolving wilds for it.

Like I said earlier, Clamp just doesn't jive with me in most decks. Like I said earlier again, lol, I'll think on it. No promises though. I've been meaning to pick up a couple Foray's, just haven't had the opportunity.
...Meh? It's a Cockatrice deck, so I guess I'll test for that to see which one to actually buy.
I can kinda see that, actually. Maybe I'll drop him for Forays.
Derp, I have a Backwoods and totally forgot about it.
I love my savra deck. The only thing about it is that it is an engine deck. With certain cards on the table you can lock everyone down but without them you will always be hurting. Here are some cards you might want to try. Sorry if the formatting is wrong, haven't been on here in a bit.
The witch allows you to rip through peoples decks, the market adds an insane amount of mana to your pool each turn, the ooze destroys gy's, victimize is almost too good for its cost, the bargain is great because it's an instant, the slash destroys a hand and the killing wave is a sac outlet that forces your opponents to sac their creatures or pay life. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the input. And your formatting is fine.
Witch - I know I have some lying around, I'll grab one and slot her into the real life deck for testing (eventually...)
Market - I've heard it recommended several times for my decks...
Ooze - real life value makes me a sad panda :(. Would be epic to have, not sure I'll be able to.
Victimize - Already in the list
Bargain - I need some more draw, don't I... my only (real life) copy is in Drana
Slash - Could've sworn that was in here already, think I might drop Attrition for it, cause ya know, it's a Savra deck lol. EDIT: It's in my real life deck (since I don't own everything IRL), but I didn't make note of it. What the Crap, Sanity.
Wave - I'll see if I can buy/trade one sometime.
Because All of the creatures in play are sacrificed so with Savra (or gravepact, or both) after living death resolves everyone else will have to sac a load of creatures.
I've tried out Vorapede and Feed the Pack in mine, and neither were really impressive.
Vorapede is a nice beater, but when I'd actually draw him I always wished he did something else. So eventually he was replaced with things that did more.
Feed the Pack was interesting at times, and did give me a good number of wolves. The problem was not wanting to sacrifice creatures to the Pack because I'd rather use them for other sac effects.
I prefer Momentous Fall over Altar's Reap. It serves the same function but you can get a lot more out of it. This could be a deck call though, as I have barely any creatures with less than 2 power. If you find yourself with a bunch of 1/1 tokens it wouldn't be as good.
I'll just echo everyone else and say Living Death is amazing in Savra.
Went ahead and (theoretically) changed some of the parentheses cards to be actual cards in the deck. Jarad and Life from the Loam are going in here, since I have a copy of IvG on preorder :D. Disciple of Bolas has a permanent spot most likely, as well. Those were the big things, at least...
Deathrite Shaman
Creature - Elf Shaman (R)
: Exile target land from a graveyard. Add one mana of any color to your mana pool.
:symb:, : Exile target instant or sorcery card from a graveyard. Each opponent loses 2 life.
:symg:, : Exile target creature card from a graveyard. You gain 2 life.
1/2
It's a creature vs an enchant, so Savra can abuse him if needed. Furthermore, every ability is freaking sexy. Might need to find a LD angle for the deck, but the spell hate can stop people from going infinite, and I don't lose the creature hate either.

Helldozer could be interesting here. It provides a land destruction angle and, if you activate it on your own lands, provides more fuel for Worm Harvest and another way to further maximize Life from the Loam.

I've been hankering for a GB deck, and I'm not sure when a new GB general is gonna be released, so here I am taking a crack at Savra.

Also, Living Death is really broken in Savra, you can use Eternal Witness/Xiahou Dun, the One-Eyed, Massacre Wurm, and either Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar to recur Living Death multiple times and kill all your opponents with Massacre Wurm triggers.
Also, Perilous Forays is really good, especially with Bloodghast.
