The deck is a very reactive deck and takes a little bit to get started. Mid and late game is when it really starts to shine. So the first few turns your just building up your mana and your sac outlets.
The deck has 12 copy permanent effects. I love this feature of the deck for it creates so many possible outcomes each game depending what is on the board. Abuse the copy mechanics!
I might take a more in depth look at your list later when im not on my phone, but you need Charisma in this list. Maybe Drift of Phantasms to tutor it out as well.

Charisma was a card that almost went in to the first build, but my playgroup is heavy on spot removal and I feel like it wouldn't get to shine. 6 mana for Niv.. 3 to put on charisma...1+ to give it shroud/hexproof...thats 10 mana to secure it. If I played more pinger creatures I'd put this card in for sure...but now its only Niv and goblin sharpshooter and the gob doesn't untap unless something dies.
