So I've been playing this deck for the better part of two weeks now, i have to say it's probably the most fun deck I've played in a long time. It's a very fun grindy control deck that can also explode and win with the right set up.
I've seen turn 2 Olivia several times now, she's really strong against decks that use small utility creatures.
Codex Shredder is an absolute HOUSE in this deck, I've used it to Sorin Markov an entire table down to 10 life and then finish each player off in turn with Lavaclaw Reaches.
I like the deck, it looks fun. I'd suggest adding Phyrexia's Core which will add some cute interactions to your deck such as:
1. Just to simply kill Spine of Ish Sah and bounce it back to your hand.
2. Reset Duplicant or Sculpting Steel if you have a way to recur them (you have enough by my judgment at least).
3. Shenanigans with Goblin Welder such as: Sac Spine, while the bounce to your hand trigger is on the stack, switch another artifact for Spine and blow up another permanent. Attack with Wurmcoil Engine and when someone comes in because you're "open" sac the Wurmcoil Engine to create token. Another wrinkle if you have Goblin Welder out is that you can sac whichever token to put an untapped Wurmcoil back into play (and you can do this again to actually create a wurm army if you aren't disrupted).

Spine of Ish-Sah and Sculpting Steel an incredibly degenerate combination that I have oodles of fun with.
There are still dead spots in the deck though, and i'm trying to make up my mind as to what fits in.
Drana, Kalastra Bloodchief - strictly less useful than Dark Impostor or my general, if I can find a Braids I will probably stick her in for this.
Thawing Glaciers - Steady mana growth over time, another possible replacement for valakut
Braids, Cabal Minion - if I can get Spine of Ish-Sah and Sculpting Steel on board with this, it's pretty much game over.
Oblivion Stone - Gross with welder/post
Scrabbling Claws - grave hate that cantrips and can be abused with welder/post
Nezumi Graverobber - Grave hate with a body that can flip to reanimate stuff.
Dreamstone Hedron - card draw that's a mana rock and is abusive with welder/post
Rakdos Charm - flexible instant speed grave hate option
Insurrection - Too much homeward path, too situational
Mimic Vat - Too situational
Chandra Ablaze - Memory Jar is better
Dragon Mage - too many wheels
Nim Deathmantle - Too mana intensive
Mind's Eye - Too mana intensive
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace - discard was fairly irrelavent
not good enough:
Rakdos Signet
Scroll Rack
Caged Sun
Balefire Dragon
Urabrask, the Hidden
Massacre Wurm
Magmatic Force
Killing Wave
Staff of Nin
