Hi folks, i made this list myself based on a couple isperia decks, the deck is supposed to make you draw like a champion and being agreasive while doing it, I would be thankfull if you guys help me improve it, the mana base is probably bad (not my strong point)
Spellbook and Venser's Journal do their job but they are quite unreliable, especially Venser's Journal since you can't resurrect it. I highly recommend Tolaria West and Expedition Map for Reliquary Tower instead since land is much more resilient than both book and journal, in addition, they can tutor for other thing while book and journal is plain redundant.
Howling Mine is not good at all. There is high possibility that you will not benefit anything from it since someone can destroy it before your draw step. Your deck is not a group hug one and your draw power should be more than enough. However, if you insist, I reckon Temple Bell is better option.
It is a truth universally acknowledged, that Serra Ascendant paint target on your head.
Drogskol Reaver is not a good card at all. Yes, you can draw from it but there is better option than this.
I can't say much about your creature without add a whole load of them. Although I believe that your deck will improve considerably if you include Sun Titan in it.
Thanks for the advice man, venser journal i can tutor it, and it does the same as serras, paint a target in your head, wich is good for isperia so you can draw more and dont care about lives. I know the creatures aint good in general, but idk much about cards. I was thinkng in mimic vat because of the lack of creatures, plus its a great card.
btw i just noticed i left a couple of creatures out wich are consagrated sphinx and Aeon chronicler
I would suggest fitting in Venser, the Sojourner and Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker. Venser is just a PW I think you forgot and he could easily replace Pride Ajani or Memory Jace. And Michiko is another punish effect for attacking you that works with Luminarch.

I believe that my Rasputin has a solid creature list. You can start there.

I'm sorry this post is so long, I didn't have time to make it shorter.
You describe your deck as primarily about drawing extra cards while being aggressive. Towards that end, I see only 8 creatures and 4 planeswalkers that can win the game in a reasonable fashion.
The deck seems to be dancing between draw-go and super friends. Both are traditionally methods of winning the long game.
Since you are already a long way down that path, I would consider just committing to ditching your more aggressive minor threats and working in more control and a couple more finishers.
I agree with removing howling mine, venser's journal and spellbook. The first draws more cards for the table than it does for you, which means more threats you have to counter or blow up. The other two are conditional and easier to blow up than reliquary tower. The package for fetching it seems good, however i'd just run map and tower. If you are drawing enough cards to need tower, you have a decent likelihood of hitting one of those two. Taking a third slot in the deck seems sub-optimal. Also, you can still grab Expedition Map with Enlightened Tutor.
As far as the planeswalkers are concerned, Ajani 1 and 2, Elspeth Tirel, Gideon, and Jace Beleren feel pretty meh to me. The first two are strictly aggro, the second two are control finishers but relatively weak in EDH, and baby Jace should be Jace, Architect of Thought, if you have access to one. Baby Jace just draws a few cards for you.
Giving cards to the table results in the same problem as Howling Mine. If you want some artifact card draw, look at Mind's Eye. I also recommend running mystic remora, which functions a lot like rhystic study. Drop it turn 4 or 5 for excellent effect.
Your artifact ramp package should be respectable but it is not the primary function of the deck. Let other decks ramp, you can hold actual threats and answers in your hand. When they puke a hand of creatures on the board you can just board wipe and clean up the mess with an effective Planeswalker.
Regarding some individual cards: Empyrial Armor feels like a mediocre win con for this deck. The slot would be better spent on a good counter or more card draw.

There is better mana rock than Coldsteel Heart, Marble Diamond and Sky Diamond. I believe you have enough budget to consider something like Thran Dynamo and Gilded Lotus. They are good because they can produce more mana than their cost.
Spellbook and Venser's Journal do their job but they are quite unreliable, especially Venser's Journal since you can't resurrect it. sol ring 1:2
azorious signet 2:1
mindstone 2:1 (it cycles, to answer the question above)
fellwar stone 2:1
worn powerstone 3:2
thran dynamo 5:3
gilded lotus 5:3
basalt monolith 3:3
Rings of Brighthearth go well with Planeswalkers AND Basalt Monolith 3:3
Given the value of some of your artifacts, I'd consider running Academy Ruins to recur them. This would also provide a second target for expedition map.
Regarding some individual cards:
Empyrial Armor feels like a mediocre win con for this deck. The slot would be better spent on a good counter or more card draw.
Spin Into Myth would be a direct upgrade from Radiant's Judgment.
I'd try to find room for some of the following cards: Wurmcoil Engine, Sun Titan, Duplicant, Rite of Replication, Mulldrifter, Aven Mindcensor, Consecrated Sphinx and Cyclonic Rift. I would pull some of the planeswalkers, some of the artifacts, and definitely Psychosis Crawler.
Hope some of these suggestions are helpful.
