This deck is mostly an offbeat variant on a reanimator deck. It started off, and still is to large extent, a shapeshifter tribal deck. That's why the commander is Halfdane, not because he's necissarily best suited to be at the helm of this deck. (Not that he necissarily isn't.)
The goal here is to shapeshift your guys into big things and whoop ass. Whether that be through dropping some fatties in the graveyard and Body Double/Dimir Doppleganer/Cairn Wanderer them and kick some ass, or to copy your opponents cards, or anything else really.
So a sort of copy theme? Copy Enchantment fits the bill pretty well.
There's a bit of a copy theme. But mostly because I wanted it to be a shapeshifter tribal and that comes with the territory. However, that would be a nice addition.

Check out the thread for my cube if you have the time, and tell me how terrible it is.
Generals meant to be drafted first in a single pack of 6 cards.
And here is the actual cube, meant to be drafted in 4 regular sized packs. (60 card decks)
Dimir House Guard (Basically a second Door of Destiny) Grozoth (A fat fatty in the graveyard who grabs a buddy. Yes.) Perplex (I like transmute, and 90% of our shifties are 3 cost.)
Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure the Door of Destinies and Coat of Arms you added are pretty much useless in this deck because once your shapeshifters copy something, they are no longer shapeshifters but the values printed on the copied card or the values specified on the copied token.

On the first point, you miss the fact that more than half my shapeshifters DON'T directly copy, or only do so conditionally. (Shapesharer) Besides, any power boost combos with Halfdane, since Halfdane essentially doubles it.
I actually actively chose not to play Sakashima because she isn't a true shapeshifter, but I guess with how lax the rest of the deck is that's hardly a problem. Plus she combos with Halfdane in the most awesome way.
Sculpting steel is cool, but deck slots are tight. Hmmmmm...
This isn't strictly a copy deck, mind you. It's a Shapeshifter deck (Morph is in here because morph is flavorfully shapeshifting.)

If you feel Door/Coat works then more power to ya, just didn't seem to be the most optimal choices in my eyes. Also yes I really like Sakashima for another copy of a general any day :D.
In regards for what to cut I think Quicksilver Dragon and Bane of the Living would be good choices in the Quicksilver's ability isn't very relevant in a wrath heavy environment and bane is simply another wrath effect which you have covered quite nicely. In the end up to you though
Endemic plague could be a fun wrath, when you sac a changeling, that your opponent will most likely have to read. I do like a little spirit mirror, unnatural selection kill combo in a deck that can run decent tutor effects, and the unnatural selection also works with endemic plague.

That said, I think that you missed one of the biggest shapeshifters in the form of Sakashima the Impostor and if you are already running Copy Artifact then I see no reason not to run Sculpting Steel
