I’m trying to be a competitive Deck for my play group, so far in the group we have a sharum, and a ghave that seem to win most of the time. So I decided on a 5 color control/reanimate deck.
With either Hellkite Charger or Scion as Hellkite charger equipped with either Bear Umbra or Sword of Feast and Famine, you can do infinite attack phases as long as you can deal damage to your opponent. Aggravated Assault does the same thing with any creature with either Sword of Feast and Famine or Bear Umbra. Swiftfoot Boots better protects your general or any other beater you have and is highly recommended for any creature centric EDH deck.
You could also throw in Crosis, The Purger which acts as a weaker Nicol Bolas, but still very useful.
Edit: I would also run Stoneforge Mystic to help set-up the above combo if it is something you are interested in running.
Second Edit: Still reading through your list. You aren't running enough board wipes IMO. I would suggest Oblivion Stone and Nevinyrral's Disk at least. They are colorless which means you aren't having to work hard to make the colors for them. I also found a lot of luck running other sweepers in my own group like Damnation, Wrath of God, Consume the Meek (there are a lot of token decks in my area), Rout, and Austere Command. Austere Command in particular has saved me many times since three of the decks in my area run Phyrexian Processor as an alt-win condition. Living Death also functions as a board wipe and can be used to recur your graveyard in later game. Most people don't run a huge number of fliers so many times you can swing for game in one go, especially if you have Karrthus in your graveyard which makes them all hasty.

I’ll work on the Mana base once the deck in completed. But any and all help or suggestions would be appreciated.
There is better dragon (in this kind of deck) than Kokusho, Moltensteel and Skithiryx. You should use Dragon Tyrant, Hellkite Overlord and Hellkite Charger instead.
While Debtors' Knell is solid, what better is Sheoldred, Whispering One, find a room for it.
Terastodon is better than Violent Ultimatum.
You should include more ramp spell and exclude situational card such as Mental Misstep.

Last Edit: If Sharuum is a problem you can also look at graveyard hate. A couple goodies are Tormod's Crypt, Relic of Progenitus, Nihil Spellbomb, and Leyline of the Void.
