Fairly rigid deck-building restrictions here. Teneb, the Harvester is the only creature in the deck. There are no artifacts in the deck. The severity of these restrictions might bend as I actually build and play the deck, but it’s fun theory-crafting with some hard guidelines.
Inspiration for the deck came from someone in my playgroup running a Planeswalker/Enchantment deck in WUR that played punishing enchantments, planeswalkers, and Obliterate effects. Jace, Memory Adept was a major win con, milling people out when they had no lands in play.
My version is kinder and gentler... sort of, without any land destruction aside from Catastrophe for the time being. Instead of solidifying my position through taking out others’ permanents, I simply discourage targeting me or my planeswalkers with fogs aplenty and tokens to block. In WBG, most of the planeswalkers deal with token production/pump of some kind. So that’s my win con. I think this deck could take out a table if Cathar’s Crusade or other pumps in addition to some mass token production went unchecked. I think it’s more likely to take out the last player or two.
Early game: drop lands, fog, take out threats
Mid game: drop planeswalkers, fog, take out threats
Late game: be the threat
Why Teneb when Ghave plays so well with tokens? I don’t have any decks with a dragon at the helm. Someone in my group already runs a Ghave stax deck that this would start to resemble a bit too much if I built it more for Ghave.
Needs balancing, so please make suggestions, but for now I’m sticking to my restrictions.
I think you can find better fog effects, even with your restrictions. I would favour: - Moment's Peace - Flashback is a handy addition Druid's Deliverance - Comes in handy with a token sub-theme Pollen Lullaby - It has a good chance to be sorta Tangle Tangle - It is Tangle
I would take out fog, holy day, darkness and maybe one other fog cyclers.
I knew about Moment's Peace but need to get my hands on a copy.
Looked at Druid's Deliverance and moved past it because usually my tokens will be itty-bitty on their own. But value is value.
Somehow completely missed Tangle. That is strong. Love the art on that one too.
The single mana fogs are awfully vanilla, but they also are a single mana. I'll have to see how big a deal it is leaving the mana open as I test the deck out.
Slice in Twain is cool, but I have really liked Sundering Growth. It is similar but being able to Disenchant and flash in a blocker at the same time seems like it'd fit the deck better.
I know you want a kinder version of that piece of crap I made, but with black and white you have Humilty (massive way to protect your board) and Night of Soul's Betrayal - which will each protect the walkers... and together...
1 Privileged Position - Board wipes are your threat, not spot removal.
1 Bloodchief Ascension - Why is this here?
1 Viridian Revel - I'd run about anything over this... good maybe, but not reliable.
1 Praetor’s Counsel - 8 mana to get a Tormod's Crypt activation? I know we don't kill graveyards as much as we used to, but something like Regrowth, Restock, or Feldon's Cane might work better.
1 Life from the Loam - Why? If it's to protect lands, try Terra Eternal (bad), Faith's Reward (good and versatile), or Sacred Ground (so annoying).

I do need Humility. NoSB is trickier because without a pump or emblem or something it kills my tokens. But it'll probably get popped before I really care anyways.
Privileged Position will go. It was just a greedy pick in the first draft. Mostly because I like the synergy with Sterling Grove.
Bloodchief Ascension is a pet card that doesn't belong. The other two Ascensions made sense and I was just feeling symmetrical.
Viridian Revel you're right on. Could be really good, or do diddly squat. I plan on wrecking artifacts so I might try it out... or just run 1 of a dozen better black draw spells.
Life From the Loam goes well with Constant Mists, and backs me up against Armageddon. But that's too corner case. Faith's Reward is much more flexible.
With all of your token producers have you considered Earthcraft? You dont really have any ways to generate mana other then land. From what I can tell you play with Galspanic and I'm sure he's licking his chops at your vulnerability to land d.
I do need Humility. NoSB is trickier because without a pump or emblem or something it kills my tokens.
And it kills my guys too. If you want to win with Planeswalkers you can... you can also kill the enchantment when you want to go on the offensive.
Remember, Gideon is still a 5/5 with Humility/NotB, Karn wins on his own, and Sorin Markov will get there on his own really fast with a creatureless board.
Also, you have junk that Doubling Season should be in here.
The only card I took out that I might keep in the sideboard for consideration is Praetor's Counsel. It's a greedy spell, but so good in a deck like this. Most of the GY hate is artifact based and I'm hating pretty harshly on artifacts. Put in Faith's Reward as its replacement for now.
Doubling Season was always in here. I wrote the list up at work so was distracted at the time.
Good stuff cards taken out. It's so easy to go down that road of saying "Hey, Privileged Position is good, I should stick it in here since I have an enchantment theme." Doesn't do anything for my deck.
I gotta play with Humility and NoSB to see how they work for me. Humility is definitely strong here. I need to see the other in action. I was considering Tainted Aether as well, but I'm planning on some potential token swarms and the fewer of my own enchantments I have to kill, the better.
I'm not super worried about land hate. If I land a 'walker, nobody is going to want to Armageddon, it only helps me. I am wondering about ramp. This deck doesn't need to be fast, just make its land drops. I'm wondering about Perilous Forays, though it's spendy to cast in the first place.

Took out a bunch of first draft junk and put in a lot of the good suggestions below.
WUBRG Some of these decks can actually win games...WUBRG
How I know I should build a deck:
Moment's Peace - Flashback is a handy addition
Druid's Deliverance - Comes in handy with a token sub-theme
Pollen Lullaby - It has a good chance to be sorta Tangle
Tangle - It is Tangle

How I know I should build a deck:
Faith's reward is a house if you can pull of a wipe into it.
Seems like you overlooked Bitterblossom in your token producers.
I would remove Bloodchief Ascension and maybe throw in Norn's Annex?
And it kills my guys too. If you want to win with Planeswalkers you can... you can also kill the enchantment when you want to go on the offensive.
