Like the title implies, the plan is to abuse as many tribal synergies as possible using changelings. It's actually a dedicated Reaper King deck, but the other tribal creatures are there to give me game should something happen to the Reaper. In picking tribal creatures I've tried to select only those that would still be decent without a board full of changelings.
My original list had a lot of cute stuff like Higure, the Still Wind and Ratcatcher, but these just aren't as efficient as more Rebels. The multitude of Clone effects, aside from generaly being good in EDH, are here to copy changelings if I need another dude-of-all-types.
The list is still pretty rough, in my opinion, and I'd appreciate the input of the community before investing in it.
The problem with lords is that they fail the "still decent without a ton of changelings" test. Also, if I end up running a bunch of lords (there are many good ones, as Sinis points out) there's the distinct possibility of having an awkward board state of mismatched lords and only one or two mediocre changelings. Crucible of Fire is interesting because +3/+3 is enough to make my crappy dudes relevant. At the end of the day, though, I'd rather have Collective Blessing because it buffs up all my non-changeling creatures as well. It's something to consider.
I probably should be running some sort of recursion engine. I've thought about Haakon, Stromgald Skourge but there just aren't enough discard outlets to enable him. Right now it's between Lord of the Undead, Wort, Boggart Auntie, Angel of Flight Alabaster, and Angel of Glory's Rise. Lord is cheapest but costs mana to activate. Wort is recruitable with Time of Need, while Flight Alabaster is a bigger, prettier lady with basically the same ability that isn't. Glory's Rise will exile all my changelings in play, but it's also a one-sided Living Death. It helps that the Rebels are humans.

You would never guess, at the terrifying sight of the man, that Hunding was as charming a companion as one could wish for.
I think Wort would be an excellent choice, she s a 3/3 fear for only 4, and she ll be easy to cast, asking for only one R and one B.
I had mention the Lord since this one not only give recurr, but +1 bonus also.
I really like the Idea for this deck, and have had something similar brewing in my mind for a long while...I really like the slivers here...In my build I hadn't thought about them, and necrotic sliver turning all those changelings into vindicates is amazing.
Something I have in my list that you do not have in here...
Genesis Wave : You are extremely creature heavy...and you have several cards that accelerate quickly, Joraga Treespeaker, Gemhide Sliver, and Harabaz Druid. (Side note ... would perhaps Priest of Titania be better in Joraga Treespeaker's spot since, while not netting you quite as much mana, it allows you to keep all your creatures untapped except her, and triggers off of elves others control...in my meta it is common that I get extra mana from opponent's Fauna Shaman/Oracle of Mul Daya/Farhaven Elf/Wood Elves/Etc.)
EDIT : Just thought of something...Perhaps Either Cultivate or Kodama's Reach (doesn't matter which one) should be replaced with Skyshroud Claim...it can fetch the Revised Duals as well as the Shocklands, and strong color fixing is very important in five color.
Also, a land I would recommend is Murmuring Bosk. With so many changelings I suspect it will pretty often come in untapped when played from hand, it can produce three different colors of mana that are used here, and is a forest so can be gotten with Skyshroud Claim/Fetchlands as well.
Have a helicopter drop you off out front. Light your cigar with a small Indonesian boy holding a black lotus. Then bust out a craw wurm deck with no sleeves. Raw dog shuffle, loose terribly, flip the table, leave in a hovercraft.
@Brunhill: +1/+1 is nice, but my guys will still be small by EDH standards. I'm gonna go with Wort because she saves you :1mana::symb: per turn. Griffin Canyon would be fun, but there are many fun colorless-producing lands this deck could run. Maybe it could work its way in.
@rogue'd: Volrath's Stronghold is one of the many colorless-producing lands that do good things. I don't think the mana base can support it. I don't want to run Oath of Ghouls because there will always be some graveyard based deck at the table who gets to use it more often that I do.
@v0rac10u5: Bound in Silence may be a good option for recruitment, but it's underwhelming otherwise. Patriarch's Bidding is cool. Angel of Glory's Rise is similar but comes on a fat angel. Riptide Replicator costs a billion and only makes creatures of one type. As for the tri-lands, thanks, but I'll stick with fetchlands and duallands.
@wccnyc: You're absolutely right. It's also great with Necrotic Sliver and Mirror Entity. Gotta find room for that.
You might try Reveillark in here. It gets back almost everything in the deck. Idk if you've ever used lark, but every time I draw it I am happy to see it.
Also note that it is a "Leaves Play" trigger not a "Dies" trigger, so if you do not evoke him (like if you need a flying blocker for some reason...) you will still get the trigger even on exile/bounce.

Changes:
-Farseek, -Nature's Lore, +Priest of Titania, +Bloom Tender
While this deck is five colors, it's not all that color intensive. Priest is damn crafty and scales nicely throughout the game. Bloom Tender also scales, and comes online quickly because of all the low mana cost various colored dudes I run.
-Vampiric Tutor, +Wort, Boggart Auntie
Nothing wrong with Vamp, just that five tutors seems like a bit much for a goofy casual deck like this. Wort is lovely tribal shenanigans.
-Darksteel Plate, +Mother of Runes
This is a pretty straight upgrade in the protection department. Mother costs way less than Plate and protects Reaper King from the biggest threat to its survival: spot artifact removal.
-Forest, +Murmuring Bosk
A forest that taps for white and black is better than a forest that doesn't.

Patriarch's Bidding is crazy in tribal decks.
Riptide Replicator makes scarecrow/sliver/wizard/zombie/whateveryouneed tokens.
Try to add the tri-lands from Shards of Alara.
EDH - Ghave, Guru of Spores
EDH - Rafiq of the Many
EDH - Roon of the Hidden Realm
@rogue'd: Volrath's Stronghold is one of the many colorless-producing lands that do good things. I don't think the mana base can support it. I don't want to run Oath of Ghouls because there will always be some graveyard based deck at the table who gets to use it more often that I do.
@KingsRanger: Genesis Wave and Murmuring Bosk seem awesome. They're in. Ordinarily, I'm a huge fan of Skyshroud Claim, Explosive Vegetation, etc., but in this deck I want all the acceleration to lead to a turn 4 Reaper King. It was a toss-up between Joraga Treespeaker and Priest of Titania. I went with Joraga because it's Sol Ring with echo without a board full of changelings where Priest is Moss Diamond. But they probably both deserve a slot. My only reservation is that Bloom Tender would be mechanically better even though Priest fits the theme better. Maybe I'll replace Nature's Lore and Farseek with those two.
@v0rac10u5: Bound in Silence may be a good option for recruitment, but it's underwhelming otherwise. Patriarch's Bidding is cool. Angel of Glory's Rise is similar but comes on a fat angel. -Rootgrapple, +Genesis Wave
Grapple is cute but ultimately worse than Acidic Slime et al. Wave is a huge bomb that gets even bombier with Reaper King in play.
-Vampiric Tutor, +Wort, Boggart Auntie
Nothing wrong with Vamp, just that five tutors seems like a bit much for a goofy casual deck like this. Wort is lovely tribal shenanigans.
