Hello, and thanks for taking the time to look at my Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter Commander deck. The underlying strategy relies heavily on the graveyard and is designed to win the late game with grindy synergies and infinite combos. If you want to get a feel for how the deck plays out, go ahead and check out http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/vicious-arbiter/ to playtest.
The "instant win" combos in this deck involve infinite sacrifices, resulting in infinite damage from Blasting Station, mill from Altar of Dementia, mana from Ashnod's Altar and so forth. If the sacrifice outlet doesn't have a win condition built in, cards like Blood Artist and Bitter Ordeal can step in. Ways of setting up infinite sacrifices are outlined below:
Sun Titan + Angelic Renewal: Sacrifice Sun Titan, bring it back with Angelic Renewal, return Angelic Renewal with the Titan's ETB ability.
Sun Titan + Fiend Hunter: Exile Sun Titan with Fiend Hunter, sacrifice Fiend Hunter to return Sun Titan and return Fiend Hunter with the Titan's ETB ability.
Sun Titan + Necromancy + Animate Dead: Reanimate Sun Titan with one reanimation enchantment, and target the other with the Titan's ETB ability. In response to the ability, sacrifice Sun Titan. When the ability resolves, use the returned enchantment to reanimate Sun Titan.
Karmic Guide + Reveillark: Sacrifice Karmic Guide. Sacrifice Reveillark, returning Karmic Guide and use the Guide's ETB ability to return Reveillark.
Mikaeus the Unhallowed + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter: Sacrifice Vish, return him with undying. Target himself with his activated ability to remove all +1/+1 counters. This combo can be used to wipe any number of creatures off the board by targeting them rather than Vish.
Braids, Cabal Minion + recurrable creature: Force each opponent to sacrifice a permanent during their upkeep whilst maintaining your own board.
Yosei, the Morning Star + reusable reanimation: Prevent one or more opponents from untapping, depending on how much mana you have and the reanimation you are using.
Horobi, Death's Wail + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter: Kill any number of creatures by targeting them with his activated ability, and instantly kill any new creatures which enter the board.

i could see enlightened tutor, idyllic tutor, beseech the queen, angel of despair, emeria the sky ruin, avacyn in there. serra sanctum could provide a mana boost with that many enchantments
Emeria, the Sky Ruin and Serra's Sanctum: I don't believe these cards have enough support in the deck. I need to hit 7 of my 9 Plains to get Emeria active which seems unrealistic. I had it in the deck when I had more Plains but it still never got to do anything, which is a shame because the ability is perfect. In terms of enchantments, I tend to have 0-3 out (rough estimation) and I believe consistancy is more important for me.
Beseech the Queen: This was in the list previously at some stage. Do you (or anyone else) have an opinion on this vs Diabolic Tutor? What spot should it take in the deck?
Angel of Despair and Avacyn, Angel of Hope: I'd consider including Angel of Despair over Necrotic Sliver. Does this seem like a good substitution? Avacyn doesn't really do enough to progress my game plan (grindy repeated animation), and can be a very awkward card to draw. Furthermore, she fits in much better with my Mayael deck
