Radha is a fun general. I agree that she is the best RG fatty-ramp general. You have some good stuff in here, and other not so good, mostly in the creature department. I would say you have far too many creatures in here. I would say take out about 13 creatures and add more utility. Where are your board wipes? O-stone, disk, all is dust, even savage twister is pretty good. Where is insurrection? Where is souls' majesty? In a creature-heavy deck, why are you not running haste effects like anger and fires of yavimaya? With few answers in your deck, you are likely to lose, because your creatures will get wrath'd away and then you will have few ways to deal with opponent's threats. And what is nissa doing in here? She has no place in a deck like this. Please get sarkhan and garruk also if you are going RG.
Also, some people like this and some don't, but you might want to consider running ulamog and kozilek. I know they are good bribery targets, but if you can run them out fast enough, it won't even matter. They are just begging to go in a deck like this.
See my deck list for more info. I've been running Radha for close to a year.
I believe that I have enough social competence to slip into a party or two, potentially wooing some attractive females that would not mind spending the evening performing the booty dance on me.
I don't currently have a Sarkhan Vol, but if I can pick him up I'd like to add him.
I don't want any boardwipes. This deck doesn't want to play control, it just attacks into whatever I'm going against. Given that I'll probably just be casting a bomb or two per turn, I should generally have a few more in hand at any given time if someone else wraths. I'm also not a fan of Insurrection, it's just too easy. Soul's Majesty is pretty bad, since any instant-speed removal just wrecks you.
Nissa Revane is here because I have a promo copy and I'm not trying to optimize the deck so much that I can't have cards in here just for fun.
Do you not understand EDH? It doesn't matter what kind of deck you're playing... every deck needs board wipes. "Attacking through everything" will not always work, and I can guarantee that your opponents will have threats that need to be dealt with. If you're casting a bomb or two per turn, you're going to over-extend, and your dudes will get wrath'd away.
Insurrection is too easy? Is that just an excuse to not play good cards?
Souls' majesty is amazing when it connects. It is well worth the risk of 5 mana and 1 card. If nothing else, you're baiting removal out of your opponent's hand. You can potentially draw 9+ cards off of this, and card advantage is something RG desperately needs.
So... you want to play bad cards just for the fun of it? That's fine I guess. But don't expect to win all the time.

hey hey no need for that. if he wants to play a silly beatdown deck and not try so hard its his choice.
try momentous fall instead of soul's majesty.
gruul signet seems out of place. just run a green ramp spell instead.
nissa seems kinda bad.
and the best tip I can give you is try to get alot of sources of haste. haste is your best friend in this kind of deck. so anger, fires of yavimaya, hall of the bandit lord are all good choices.
also try to fit in acidic slime and wickerbough elder. artifacts and enchantments are really good in edh and you need to kill them
@pervythemilkman: I play wrath effects in every other deck I run. I've been playing EDH for years and I fully understand their importance in this format. The thing is, I just don't care for this deck. Let others worry about wrathing, I'll just focus on smashing people with bombs. I know that I'll lose games to things only a wrath effect can answer, but I don't mind. And anyway, it's not like I don't have any removal.
I dislike the risk inherent to Soul's Majesty, and in my testing I've found that one extra card draw spell isn't worth that risk. The deck can generally keep a fairly full hand as it is.
@Orpheos: Momentous Fall is a much better suggestion. I'll see about finding room for it.
Nissa is there because I like the promo. She isn't that awful; since Radha's an elf, Nissa generally goes 'find Nissa's Chosen -> gain 4 life per turn' until someone kills her. Could be worse...
I second haste enablers as well, because nothing is better than dropping a huge ****ing creature and then getting to attack with it right away!! You're already running Survival so try out Anger. Vol and Fires I would also consider.
The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, ****s, bloods, wasteoids, dweebies, dikheads — they all adore him. They think he's a righteous dude.

Lol, are you still planning to replace me by actually building my decks?
Also, why did you pick Koth? I have enough ways to find Mountains that he works perfectly well, as you should know. I'm actually planning to take out Green Sun's Zenith for Garruk whenever I get around to picking him up. One uselesscascade trigger in the deck is more than enough for me.
@Rhapsody: I'm already running Anger, Sarkhan Vol, Urabrask the Hidden, and Lightning Greaves for haste. I also have Savage Beating for extra combat steps, but I don't really want any more of that effect. Savage Beating is so good because for 4RRR I multiply my creature damage a full 4 times, which is practically always lethal for at least 1 player. I'm definitely not going to add the Bear Umbra + Aggravated Assault combo because I dislike going infinite.
I used to have Insurrection in my Radha deck, but my meta started using cards that let you search through opponent's libraries and cast cards for free. One game I had Insurrection used against me and my teammates twice in a row, which finished us off. After that, I took Insurrection out of my deck.
My meta is full of people with super expensive and competitive decks (T3-4 Primeval Titan getting Cabal Coffers + Urborg, next turn get Vesuva and Boseiju with PT and play Tooth and Nail for Mikaeus and Trisk, T5 Exsanguinate with Boseiju backup as the *last resort*)... so the only way I have found to be competitive on a budget is to try to use people's threats against them. With a sac outlet, Threaten effects are basically one turn with a hasted threat and a removal spell, + whatever benefit you get from the sac. Anything that copies spells is the best way to beat the Exsanguinate + Boseiju shenanigans. If your meta isn't as competitive, this strategy might not work as well for you.
(Twist Allegiance is a really great substitute for Insurrection in a very creature light deck, like mine. Most of the time I have no creatures, so as soon as an opponent puts lethal on board, I can steal all his creatures and attack him unhindered).
I'm a little confused as to the point of your post. I do not have problems with Exsanguinate or TaNing for infinite combos in my meta, and I have already stated my position on Insurrection.
I really like your deck and I have been following your edits to improve my own Radha deck. I'm really looking forward to what new Gruul has to offer. How has the deck been playing without Prime Time? I haven't had a chance to play my deck since university started back up before the banning.
The deck is definitely worse, simply because so many lines of play revolved around tutoring and copying the Titan. That said, those plays were rather overpowered for many groups, so the loss just brings the deck down to a more reasonable level. The deck leans on Regal Force and Vorinclex much more now to make up the mana and card advantage, which isn't all that terrible.

As for haste, I want to get Sarkhan Vol, and then we'll see if I need more. Hall of the Bandit Lord is a good call, though.
Acidic Slime or Wickerbough Elder could probably be a good addition.
@SaintRileyJ: I like Savage Beating too, I think I'll see if I can fit that in.
Which do you feel is better in the deck?
Jeezus, when did winning every or any game of EDH for that matter, become the sole purpose of this format??...
I am currently working on a Radha deck myself and some of the ideas (not original, I know) are the extra attack phase mechanics. Cards like the previously suggested Savage Beating, World at War, Relentless Assault, and hell, you could even run the Bear Umbra + Aggravated Assault combo!!
I second haste enablers as well, because nothing is better than dropping a huge ****ing creature and then getting to attack with it right away!! You're already running Survival so try out Anger. Vol and Fires I would also consider.
End of Line
Garruk, Primal Hunter is the better choice IMO.
