Card Selection:
I'll use this section to discuss any odd picks that might be present in this deck.
-Havengul Runebinder/Lim-Dûl the Necromancer - These are the only non-zombies in this deck and they are both in here mainly because of the card advantage they can create. That, and one of them is a Legend who used to be the General of a no non-existant Black Zombie EDH deck I had...
-Black Cat - I know Black Cat isn't super amazing in EDH. He is in here as a nod to one of the Fast and Furious movies. In one of them there is a club called "El Gato Negro," which is Spainish for "The Black Cat." While it holds a lot of flavor to me, I don't really mind taking it out of the deck.
-Thraximundar - Thrax is in this deck mainly to function as a Lt. General, I occasionally switch him out for Lord of Tresserhorn when I'm tired of seeing LoT's ETB clause every game. Beyond being a secondary General, Thraximundar is a quality creature that only gets better as the game progresses.
Notes:
-I built this deck with Lord of Tresserhorn in mind as a General, but when I want a competitive game I switch him out for Thraximundar.
I got an Undead Alchemist today from a friend of mine. I really want to slot him and my "new" Zombie Master (New is in quotations because it's out of Sixth Edition, so while it's new to me, the card itself isn't new) into this deck sometime real soon.
I run a similar deck with Thraximundar. I think you can consider adding some sacrifice themed cards like gravepact, butcher of malakir, It that betrays, etc. And bloodghast, reassembling skeleton and similar creatures for sac fodder. And throw in a skull clamp toO!
I actaully hadn't even realized I didn't have a Gravepact in here! I new I didn't have a Butcher of Malakir and It that Betrays, as I was trying to stay on the Zombie Tribal theme as much as possible (obviously I have two Zombie-related exceptions, Havengul Runebinder and Lim-Dûl the Necromancer).
I'm actually thinking about pulling the Havengul Runebinder out, as I never seem to put him in play when I draw him, and when I do, I rarely ever use his ability.
Orcish Oriflamme is good for nostalgia and lulz, bit you really should replace it with something else that gives LoT +1 Power. All the living weapons are good because they give you sac fodder, and there is a +1/+1 for 1.

Torpor Orb is a great card in Lord of Tresserhorn. Obviously for the synergy with your general, but it also does a surprising amount of heavy lifting against a lot of the usual EDH synergies and combos. A really great hoser! Also if you're running Buried Alive, I'd highly suggest a small Haakon, Stromgald Scourge package, such as Shapesharer (both a zombie and a knight), Nameless Inversion (ditto, for reusable kill), or other utility such as Eastern or Western Paladin.

I actually had not at all considered Torpor Orb! It might short the ETB effects of other Zombies in my deck, but it may very well be worth it.
The Paladins are also pretty cool recommendations that I'd love to get a hold of (especially if I could get the Eight Edition versions in foil so they'd be black bordered).
I like Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, but he takes a little bit of building around. But I can see how he could be very nice if I dropped Conspiracy or Ashes of the Fallen (Xenograft doesn't work in this case) in play naming "Knight." Now that I think about it... That may very well make him worth it!
How about Death Baron, Undead Warchief, Gravecrawler, Geralf's Messenger (BBB can be tricky, though), and Carrion Feeder as a sac outlet. I have a friend who has a Thrax deck and gets out rooftop storm to sac Gravecrawler infinite times. two infinity/infinity creatures (Thrax and Carrion Feeder)

Ironically I just traded my Geralf's Messenger to a friend of mine that plays a massive amount of Type 2/Standard.
I checked a few other lists of yours, they are all 101 cards...
Hmmmm... You're right... I just counted my actual deck and I only have a hundred cards in it, so maybe when I was altering my decklist I forgot to remove a card. I'll try to find the error.
What other decklists of mine have this issue?
I'm not running Cruel Ultimatum mainly because I don't own one. I keep meaning to pick one up though.
I'm not running Wonder, Anger, or any other incarnation because they're not zombies, and when I choose to build tribals, I stick to the tribe. The only exception to this is clones and changelings.

-Mikaeus, the Unhallowed -Mikaeus, the Unhallowed really makes Lord of Tresserhorn's ETB effect alot more bearable, so I stuck Buried Alive, Entomb, and Exhume in here in hopes of cheating Mikaeus, the Unhallowed in.

-I have a Liliana Vess and a Cabal Therapy I wouldn't mind putting in here.
-I want an Unscythe, Killer of Kings, a Sedris, the Traitor King, a Call to the Grave, a Skaab Ruinator, a Phage the Untouchable (now that she has been errated to be a zombie), a Coat of Arms, and an Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for this deck.
-Besides these notes feel free to comment and recommend cards for this deck. Thank you!

Speaking of Undead Alchemist, I slotted him and my Zombie Master last night. I'll update my decklist.

Orcish Oriflamme was added merely to make Lord of Tresserhorn even more intimidating in combat, but you bring up a valuable point. Maybe I'll switch Batterskull or some other Living Weapon out with Orcish Oriflamme like you suggested.

But that's still a pretty sweet combo.

I've found that Stifle and other similar cards (counter triggered abilities) help me get him out early game without the side effects!
Check out my trades! Looking for foil white cards currently!
You know, I've considered Torpor Orb, but Stife never even crossed my mind in terms of LoT. Thanks!
