1. My main concern is getting some opinions on cuts, as I am clearly quite a bit over 100 cards at the moment. I'll obviously take suggestions of things to add, but unless you offer things to remove at the same time, I'll be left just as stuck as before. I think I can probably cut some of the artifacts, pillow fort enchantments, anthem enchantments, or wrath effects, but I'm not sure which ones should be first to go.
2. I realize this deck would probably work better if I made it G/W or didn't lean as heavily on the enchantment theme, but I'm okay with that. I want to make the deck as competitive as I can while keeping to my color identity and theme. I mean who doesn't want to win via an army of anthem boosted enchantment creatures from a well-timed Opalescence?
3. I'm open to changing commanders, but I don't want to play Elesh Norn and none of the token-based commanders have really caught my eye. I figure having a reliable pillow-fort is good while keeping myself from becoming a target before the game has even started. Again, I'm open to suggestions if you can back it up.

Enlightened Tutor and Prison Term are two nice cards I would personally add. Austere Command is one of my top choices for white sweepers in multiplayer.
