Blue is my least favorite color in Magic, so I decided to go all in for my blue deck and try my hand at wizards (and kind of control). However, it seems to be way too slow in my meta unless I get a god hand.
I think that's it...My cards are at home (and I'm in Italy for a few months), and I can't get the DKA plugin for Lackey here so I haven't been able to update my decklist completely, but that's the decklist I had been playing with before I left. I need to make it faster and more consistent, but I'm not sure what direction to go with it. I may take out some of the many counters, because it was originally more 1v1 geared, but I now have Uril and I think making this faster and able to stay alive in multiplayer would also make it more 1v1-friendly. I also want to get more Time Stretch-type cards for echo mage fun.
I actually had the same Idea and have been playing my Madame Nin deck for a little over two months now. I don't really have the nerve to retype everything and it's already on tapped out, so give it a look.
Don't mind the commentary, I don't suppose my german ramblings are much help.
I'm sorely missing stuff like Consecrated Sphinx to make Nin able to shoot at opposing creatures or Stuffy Doll to do damage while drawing on your own.
Also, Meekstone is always a great card for Nin EDH since most of the time creatures are quite small... Lighthouse Chronologist also is very very VERY awesome, since late game you can insta-lvl7 him to make your opponents sweat. If you already have something like Ertai, Wizard Adept on the board, you essentially won't need to worry about hand cards your opponents have.
Cephalid Constable is THE wizard and my secret all-star in Nin EDH, since a Diviner's Wand or just dropping him early can wreck a slow player...
Also, I'd cut Kiki-Jiki and the Supreme Inquisitor. When I had 5 wizards on the board, I was ready to win the game, not mildly annoy one player. The Mirror Breaker is usually bad with all your wizards, since those with good copiable effects (Arcanis, mainly) are legendary and therefore illegal targets...
I'd like to ask why you're playing Riptide Director, since Nin does the same thing but better. You won't have enough wizards to justify paying 4 mana in blue to draw maybe 3 cards when you can instead have your commander shoot herself in the head for something around 6 or 7...

Thanks for the reply, looking at your deck helped me streamline mine a good bit, actually. I plan on picking up a Stuffy Doll, as my deck kind of lacks a real win condition right now outside of Psychosis Crawler.
Kiki-Jiki is definitely a pet card of mine, since there are just so many ways to break him, but you do make a good point...I'll just have to find another deck to use him in. I just didn't have a good replacement for Supreme Inquisitor, but With these suggestions, he and Riptide director are both coming out.
That's the updated version of the deck concept, since I want to keep the one on here for the deck I actually have. I'll update it once I get home to my cards.
Thanks for the input. I might be able to get my hands on a Glen Elendra Archmage. If I can trade for one, I'll definitely add it.
I think I'm more hurting for Wincons than anything. I'd like to pick up a Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind for more draw synergy. Dream halls would be a nice addition if I can find one as well.
My bigger problem right now is finding my weaker cards to cut. Suggestions?
I don't have Consecrated Sphinx or Stuffy Doll for money reasons. This is ultimately what my deck will look like, once I can figure out which cards to take out. I decided to put Kiki-jiki back in, because I realized I do have plenty of creatures that can interact well with him, despite his triple-red cost. I also need to figure out which cards to cut (I have 109 right now.) I may take out a few counterspells, as I have 8 atm, as well as some artifacts, though I'm not sure which. Also, I typically play against some combination of Rafiq elfball/Olivia Reanimator (one player), Grimgrin zombie horde/Rith tokens (the other player). I may go back to washout, since it has never been a dead draw for me, but I need to find space for it.

Palinchron + Extraplanar Lens/Caged Sun/Phantasmal Image = Infinite Mana
Insurrection + Phyrexian Altar = Steal and sac everyone's creatures
Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top + infinite mana = infinite Draw
Diviner's Wand + infinite Mana = Infinite draw and +infinite/+infinite creature
Beguiler of Wills + Thornbite Staff + Phyrexian Altar = steal and sac all of their creatures
Mind Over Matter + Azami, Lady of Scrolls/Arcanis the Omnipotent = Infinite Draw (may put Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre back in because of this
Fun with Kiki-Jiki:
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker +
Palinchron = Seven extra untapped lands per turn
Glen Elendra Archmage = T, U: Counter target Noncreature Spell
Beguiler of Wills = Steal two creatures per turn
Izzet Chronarch = Return an instant or sorcery to your hand each turn, infinite turns with Time Stretch or Time Warp
Trinket Mage/Treasure Mage = Fetch any of your 1cc or 6+cc artifacts
Voidmage Prodigy = T, UU: Counter target spell
Dominus of Fealty = Steal two permanents per turn if you do this during your untap
Stonybrook Banneret = Wizards cost 2 less to cast
Psychosis Crawler = two damage per card drawn, pumps Nin's ability
Thornbite Staff + Daring Apprentice = Hard spell lock
Thornbite Staff + Phyrexian Altar = Infinite Mana
Aphetto Alchemist = infinite (tapped) Aphetto Alchemists. I believe you can do this at the end of someone's turn to untap them during yours, also combos with
Beguiler of Wills to steal any creature or Information Dealer to rearrange your deck
