Every time I see Ib, I wonder whether or not breath of fury merits thought. The problem is that, due to it being an aura, they can just block the creature in question.
I think Lightning Crafter is a nice goblin - if the 3 damage isn't enough, you can always reuse some ETB effect such as Goblin Matron's.
You've got a few pingers in there (specially that goblin sharpshooter). A deathtouch-giving equipment like Quietus Spike could be a lot of fun. Greater Gargadon and Heat Shimmer may seem a bit random, but I think they're also worth considering. Gargadon could come into play really quick with lots of little goblins dying frequently, and the Shimmer is decent for both doubling one of your creatures and killing your opponents' legendaries.

Go incredibly janky and throw in something silly, like a Dwarven Warrior! Make that little 1/1 Goblin unblockable! Repeat!
It's a instant speed board sweeper... Why would I play wildfire that kills all my goblins and takes out 4 of my lands on my turn? Ib wants to be sacing mountains to make goblins then turning sideways not blowing up himself, all his tokens and all his lands.
Right, I'm not sure what I was thinking with Wildfire. I suppose it makes sense to wipe the board at instant speed then recast Ib on your turn, sacrifice a bunch of mountains to rebuild your army... though I don't like that this puts you behind other players in terms of land.
I'll take your word for it, I don't have experience with this deck so I'm not in a position to say much beyond theory.
This does happen. And with red pump enchantments and haste givers, it happens consistently.
My Ib deck has become the scourge of my close circle of friends, I originally made it to play around with Dinky goblins but this deck means serious business with instant kills and all in total warfare.
Edit:
Thoughts on the deck, Wow man, you're really rolling hard with 63 mountains eh? I can dig that, I use 50 in my deck.
For draw I added in:
Would you say you use Mogg Infestation on others, or on yourself? As I've seen playing it, it's usually a Win condition for us to use on ourselves. You just had it listed under destruction which is why I had to ask.
I added Hellrider to my list, and though I haven't used it on the field yet, I have high hopes for it as far as dealing the extra mile of damage to an opponent.
In my Experience, In the Web of War is such an amazing absolute must have card for going big. World at War Anything with extra combat phases can stack up our Shared Animosity buff, for just that more damage in the most important times. See Also Aggravated assault/Hellkite Charger, though these last two require mana investment, and our mana is well... In a better place now by the time combat rolls in. Voracious Dragon can be spot removal/kill in the case that you have Repercussion out. Chancellor of the Forge/Seige-Gang Commander+Kiki-Jiki the Mirror Breaker= Lots-o-Gobbies to throw around.
I use Goblin Warrens just to have an early/mid game defense and so that people don't think I am doing nothing to avoid attention. Goblin Pryomancer backs up the all in strategy, by wiping your precious field of Mountain Goblins at the end of your turn. Nothing says all in like winning the game with a Journeyer's Kite as your only permanent after the clean up step.
Last two meh, medium level cards I can suggest are Goblin Bombardment, to ping away with your left overs after damage, and Boggart Shenanigans for just that much more damage when you lose a precious child.
I hope my experience can help you with your Warren, live on for Ib-Nation.
Edit2:
I just had the idea to look up Threshold for Red since we can fill our grave quickly with our cheap spells, wheel effects, and land saccing.
I just found 1 card relevant for us, Epicenter, which after we wipe our lands, why not make it even?

1 Crucible of Worlds
1 Imperial Recruiter
1 Blasphemous Act
1 Goblin Matron
1 Coudstone Curio
1 Goblin Assassin
1 Goblin Vandal
1 Tuktuk Scrapper

Goblin Assault is bad because it forces Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician to attack, which is bad.
