Timmy loves that huge Fireball, or a whole bunch of Dragons burning for critical, or just blazing or frosty titans stomping their way past everything ftw.
And that's why this deck was created. A semi-budget list that will get raised eyebrows when you do fire that huge photon cannon, or clone a near-endless army of Titans/Dragons. Notice that lotsa better options are available and thus the deck can be easily edited given a slightly better budget. For this version I tried to keep the cost as low as possible.
Additions that can definitely make it far better:
Vorinclex - hmmm...what am I gonna do with MORE mana? Bigger fireballs..?
Sol Ring - I seriously doubt that we need this given that the ramp is plentiful, but well, it really does make the deck better, but this is really only of you've got extra cash
An awsome card in this Deck, (at least in my opinion) would be Deadeye Navigator. It has won me so many games. It combos really well with Bogardan Hellkite.

Additions that can definitely make it far better:
Vorinclex - hmmm...what am I gonna do with MORE mana? Bigger fireballs..?
Jin-gitaxias, Core Argur - Draw engine, you're bound to hit the cards you want sooner or later
Sol Ring - I seriously doubt that we need this given that the ramp is plentiful, but well, it really does make the deck better, but this is really only of you've got extra cash
Sensei's Divining Top/Sylvan Library - Same as Sol Ring, but this is for card draw and manipulation
Stoke of Genius - More card draw
Propaganda - Just makes you harder to kill
And every tutor you can play for these colors would be welcome, but then again, who cares when you can blue sun your deck for more than half of it?
