Yeah, I guess you could replace Griselbrand with Odric.
You have a decent amount of token makers. You could push it a little further by adding Blood Artist (a vampire!) and Tombstone Stairwell. The Stairwell works really well with Vish Kal, the Artist, Falkenrath Noble, Blade of the Bloodchief, and Suture Priest (who isn't in the deck, but I'm recommending anyways). Tons of fun for the whole family!

I feel like I have to. I wish I'd played this deck more when I still had the chance. I built it for fun flavor, not broken bull$#!+ shenanigans. (Although, after seeing what some Spikes in my local playgroup did with ol' Griselbanned, I'm glad the RC made its decision.)

The Priest dilutes the Innistrad flavor for me too much. I actually selected the vampires in the deck based on the combination of their abilities as well as their Innistrad-esque art. (This is why cards like Mephidross Vampire and Vein Drinker didn't make the cut.) Also, because I want the focus of this build to remain on vampires, the Stairwell doesn't fit, either. Odric, Master Tactician, though, will fit perfectly! He does what I wish Thalia, Guardian of Thraben did.
I've always thought Kalastria Highborn to be too limiting for multi-edh. It only affects your vamps that go to the graveyard. I recommend a redundancy of Falkenrath Noble in the form of Blood Artist. I think you'll get more effect out of it. Blood Seeker is another similar effect, though it may not quite be what you're looking for...
No Life's Finale??? I would totally figure with your general that you would want to play first pick on any creature your opponent has...
I'm a big fan of Mutilate and Chain Reaction. Really cheap boardwipes....though in 3 color, Mutilate may not have enough effect...
Other than that, looks like a really fun deck to pilot. Does it play out as well as it looks?
Journey and Sign were also chosen for flavor. I'd readily include Murmurs if this were a zombie or reanimator deck, just as I'd quickly slot Promise into a demon deck.

Tarasco also suggested the Artist. Thank you for elaborating, though. You've won me over!

I'd only include Finale if I were going to add more sweeps. (Do you think I should I add more?) Here's my rationale for the mass creature destruction I did include:
Blasphemous Act: A flavorful Chain Reaction that will almost always clear the board (barring pro-red abilities, of course).
Damnation: Low cost and guaranteed (unless some creatures have indestructibility).

This is my fun deck, although I've won more often than I ever expected to thanks to the deck's resilience to my own boardwipes. With my relatively high creature count, I'm usually able to rebound faster after a reset.

Sounds like you want more boardwipes if that's your main wincon.
Update coming soon (for Shadows of Innistrad)!

Blasphemous Act: A flavorful Chain Reaction that will almost always clear the board (barring pro-red abilities, of course).
Damnation: Low cost and guaranteed (unless some creatures have indestructibility).
Austere Command: Incredibly flexible.
Hex: Easy to asymmetrically abuse.
Planar Cleansing: Hits planeswalkers.
If I were going to include another 'wipe, it would sooner be Finale than either of these.
