I decided one day that I wanted to make an Eldrazi EDH deck. Over time, all of the drones and stuff have gotten cut in favor of better utility creatures, but throwing down an It That Betrays and then dropping All Is Dust or just casting Kozilek, Butcher of Truth for free is the primary aim. General face-beating with Animar is an acceptable backup plan. As it is now, the deck is *retardedly* fast. I have to get an absolutely perfect hand (which has never happened in real life, though I have managed a turn four Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur), but it is possible for this deck to drop a turn three Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. Without furthur ado, the list!
That's it! I welcome critique and suggestions, although (fair warning) I refuse to play Pickles combo or any other stupid combo that makes the game non-interactive and unfun for the rest of my playgroup. Thanks for your time!

This decklist brings all the boys to the yard. They're like, "It's better than yours." Damn right, it's better than yours. I could teach you, but I'd have to charge.
I love me some Trinket Mage, especially in a deck that cares about creatures so much, but given that he only has 1 target in the deck (Sol Ring), his inclusion seems a bit dubious. You could either expand your Trinket Mage package, or cut him for a 3 drop ramp creature like Farhaven Elf or something similar that's guaranteed value.
I <3 the Animar in general. I have a deck that my playgroup knows is deadly. So just a couple things I think you should try to fit into your take on the SOUL OF EVERYTHING.
Primordial Sage and Soul of the Harvest just make for super explosive turns. They are near your top mana curve, but with some help from Animar, stuff just happens. Duplicant is basically free removal, give him a try. Cloudstone Curio can get so much mileage out of your cheap drops or any EtB dude really.
Also Vow of Flight seems really weird, just go with Savage Twister

The Trinket Mage also fetches any of my three zero-drops, so I can use him for either mana ramp by fetching sol ring or throwing an extra counter on Animar by fetching a shield sphere. I considered putting in a farhaven elf or some other land guy for a while, but thus far I've never been sad to see a trinket mage.

Thanks for your input! I'll definitely have to look into Primordial Sage--I cut Regal Force because it wasn't doing enough for me, and Sage could definitely fill that slot. The curio and duplicant also merit further thought. As for the Vow, it's not so much to remove fliers as the fact that in my playgroup, Insurrection is very common, and being beaten to death with my own general is bad.
Thanks for your input!

Also, I'm also partial to using more mana guys instead of signets in Animar lists. Signets don't add counters and aren't easily as recurable as things like Sylvan Ranger or Wood Elves.
This sounds really dorky I know but Bond Beetle Is a silly good 1 drop in Animar.
Now, I play a highly focused draw-explode sort of list so my experience may be different but I do really enjoy T3 Animar into T4 Bond Beetle, and then stuff.... lots of stuff. I've seen some very silly turns. Also, Sage of Epityr can do similarly useful 1st counter things.
Couple other notes. Explosive Vegetation is just better than Exploding Borders. That possible 3 damage to a player is really nothing. Evacuation is a great answer to Insurrection or token decks. You have very little enchantment removal; Trygon Predator is a great three-drop that can help with this. And for me personally, Disaster Radius is just too expensive. I like Blasphemous Act much better as a board wipe because it is cheaper and Animar can rebuild quickly.

See, the main problem with Blasphemous Act is that she doesnt run recursion. I run Kaervek, the Merciless, and once she has ramped out a huge field, if I land a board wipe, then the game is pretty much over. That's why in her case, Disaster Radius is a better choice. I suggested running Paleoloth to fill in the gap in recursion, and she is considering it at the moment.
I have run into the problem where I have a Disaster radius in hand, and then I top deck that.....Llanowar Elves. Blasphemous Act solves that. Plus Deadeye Navigator, Paleoloth, and Primeval Titan is just silly.

So. How is this the ONLY Eldrazi-themed Animar deck listed on a forum search for "Animar Eldrazi" after BFZ released? There are SO many goodies to put in! There are more Eldrazi to throw in and replace other non-Eldrazi cards on your list, OP. I'm excited for you. I may have to make the deck myself. Void Winnower to be even more annoying playing Animar. From Beyond for search POWER!!! Conduit of Ruin and Herald of Kozilek for further consistency. Titan's Presence for removal. Desolation Twin for da value! Shrine of the Forsaken Gods, man. (Side note: Why is Shrine not Legendary? Four of those in Modern could be really, really cool.)
This looks like a ton of fun to play in EDH. And just think, we're getting more Eldrazi goodness in the next smaller set of the BFZ mini-block.

A few sac outlets and/or Homeward Path can help if you're that worried about Insurrection & Co.
