So after I pulled a foil Thalia out of a pack I knew I wanted her to be my mono-white general. My goal was to make a deck that was almost wholly creatures and use various tax and stax abilities to slow down my opponents and make it possible for me to play an aggressive white weenie style of play in EDH. It hasn't seen a lot of play yet but so far it seems to have promise and it is a lot of fun to play.
Well Meekstone would really mess with my stuff once I start getting some creature buffs out there whereas Crackdown doesn't affect me no matter how big my guys and girls get. Static Orb would also hinder my aggressiveness since I would be locking myself down just as much as my opponents.
Unlike a cycled Decree of Justice which is not affected by the unilateral tax effects in my deck Entreat the Angels would be taxed and since I don't have any deck stackers I would most likely be stuck playing it for full cost plus taxes imposed by Thalia and friends. Kjedloran Outpost is nice, one day I might get around to getting one.

Also Entreat the Angels would be excellent here along with Kjeldoran Outpost.
