Two players in my local group have begun piloting new decks--decks that work rather well together. In my hour of need, Rashida Scalebane may be only hope of surviving the coming onslaught Mistform Ultimus and Sliver Overlord (leading an army of Changelings) threaten to deliver... but we need your help...
So, who's up for building a deck designed to decimate armies that can be everything and anything?
etc.
But no one can afford that unless they have it already. Or live in a street paved with gold and are good at vandalism without getting caught.
Why did you decide on a pure white general?

I don't know if you saw this in the database, but there is at least one Rashida decklist out there, although he took a very different approach from Mistform/changeling-slaying
Gideon Jura and Oracle en-Ve can force your opponents' creatures to attack, and Blaze of Glory can force one to block. Blaze of Glory and Shields of Velis Vel are fun to stick on an Isochron Scepter, as are the usual one-W removal instants.
(...) and Riders of Gavony can confer protection from dragons on you and your (human) army
Edit: Odric, Master Tactician from M13 is also good at controlling combat.
Since we're already starting to get into human tribal, why not Angel of Glory's Rise? It brings back all your humans (including Rashida) while exiling all changelings/Mistform Ultimus.
You could also work with Rashida's other tribe, soldier, which happens to fit very well with humans. What about Captain of the Watch, Darien, King of Kjeldor, Enlistment Officer and Veteran's Armaments.
As you can see, a token theme is also beginning to develop here. So let's add Increasing Devotion, Martial Coup, Knight-Captain of Eos, Geist-Honored Monk, Intangible Virtue and the best token support card to come from AVR, Cathars' Crusade?
Finishing with some other good human/soldier support cards: Avacyn's Collar (Rashida might like vigilance, and more tokens are always welcome), Herald of War (nuts with Cathars' Crusade) and Militia's Pride (good against swarms of creatures).
Another creature thath might be very useful is Mirror Entity: turn all your creatures into slivers, then steal all their bonuses! Just be careful because Glory's Rise exiles it.
Some of the cards are from M13 and aren't up on the site yet. Ranger of Eos and Mikaeus, the Lunarch would also be great if you have the budget for them.
EDIT: just thought about Chancellor of the Annex and Norn's Annex. Those mess with you opponents' tempo pretty well, which might stop a deck like slivers on its tracks.

1 Rashida Scalebane
If it's insane, then:

1 Rashida Scalebane
1 Shields of Veilis Vel
Lets you Rashida any creature that's attacking or blocking. OUT OF NOWHERE!
Currently Playing:
Legacy: Something U/W Controlish
EDH Cube
Hypercube! A New EDH Deck Every Week(ish)!
Some thoughts if you're intending to build around Rashida and keep the deck flavorful:
Thousand-Year Elixir, Rings of Brighthearth, and Magewright's Stone let Rashida use her ability more than once per turn; Enlightened Tutor helps you find these, of course. She will want haste, too.
Gideon Jura and Oracle en-Ve can force your opponents' creatures to attack, and Blaze of Glory can force one to block. Blaze of Glory and Shields of Velis Vel are fun to stick on an Isochron Scepter, as are the usual one-W removal instants.
Baneslayer Angel and Dragonstalker are thematically appropriate, even though the latter is pretty weak; Commander Eesha is probably a little better. Circle of Solace and Riders of Gavony can confer protection from dragons on you and your (human) army
