I've done some play testing and see what other decks for slivers people have and read a lot of card suggestions. So I bring this build which tries to pick only the best cards that work together. I've decided Legion is a little better than overlord because you get out the legion 2 turns earlier with it as your commander and usually have a good advantage then, and try and win before they can get their combos.
Let me know what you think, I know there some similar options for a lot of the cards. I might be able to use less mana of any color lands as well, but they're all pretty good lands, I thinking of maybe putting in a couple Scars lands for the worst couple lands. It's just very important to always have the right colors and the downsides of the lands aren't that big, life is an okay cost.
PLease explain how Legion is bettter and comes down faster than Overlord. I have used both as generals in the past and Overlord, in my opinion, is far superior.

Legion gets Legion out 2 turns faster than overlord gets Legion out. I find damage you do during those 2 turns is substantial, usually over 40, and worth not having overlord out. If you know no one is going to have fast combo or something Overlord pays off on turns 8-10, but after turn 8 other decks can get even more power and control. I find sliver hits a very strong timing on turns 5-7.
