As a side note, while I don't have all the supplies for the deck, this is what I am hoping to reach. I have tested the deck with what I do have and use similar cards to those I don't (Harrowing Journey instead of Ambition's Cost, etc.)
Let's begin with the general: Ashling, the Extinguisher. While she might not be the best mono-black option, Ashling is my favourite character. As for her place as my general, she leads her army with ferocity. She acts as both a win condition when loaded up with enchantments and artifacts, as well as decent spot removal with the help of cards such as Whispersilk Cloak and Shizo, Death's Storehouse. Every Aura I play is either extraordinarily handy or recoverable. (Fallen Ideal enchanting Ashling has killed many players) I believe all the equipment should be self explanatory.
Next up: Ashling's horde. My heavy token theme can either protect myself (especially with Grave Pact/Butcher of Malakir)while Ashling goes in for the kill, or just slowly chip away at my opponents' life. In addition to the tokens are a variety of utility creatures. (It's nearly impossible for me to not add Shriekmaw and Puppeteer Clique when playing black)
My CA suite includes a combination of tutors, (Dimir Machinations searches for five out of eight Auras) draw spells/Skullclamp, and a variety of re-animators.

Spot removal comes with Ashling, but I do play Snuff Out and Diabolic Edict for their efficiency. Most other removal comes as either Plague Wind-type effects (such as Plague Wind) or Wrath effects. The deck wants to keep either Ashling or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed alive with Shield of Kaldra or Darksteel Plate which is why it does not play Bane of the Living or Mutilate.
Thoughts?

Need I say anymore? (Black Market)
It's not uber-powerful, but it's a cheap way to give Ashling (effectively) Vigiliance.
